This elegant and modern 3 bedroom seafront villa is located in the Cape Greco area of Protaras, and is just a short walk to the beautiful Konnos Bay Beach. Its contemporary décor and furnishings, peaceful surroundings and stunning views, make this the ultimate villa for family or groups of friends looking for a luxury retreat  
  
Outside, the attractive garden featuring a gas barbecue, shaded dining area as well as a seating area with cozy sofas, a lawn with sunloungers, and one of the main attractions of the villa, the private pool, which includes a jacuzzi, makes this the perfect setting to relax, unwind, and appreciate the sensational sea views  
  
As you enter the villa, you will find the modern open-plan living room, kitchen and dining area, with large patio doors leading to the garden and pool area, and offering amazing sea views. The living room features a comfortable corner sofa, coffee table and Smart TV; the dining area has a table and chairs to seat 8 people, and the kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and utensils, making for a comfortable self-catering stay, and includes an island with extra seating for 2 people
