Újonnan renovált ingatlan a Kékestető felé vezető turistautak szomszédságában. A z apartmant nagy terasz veszi körül. A földszinten található a nappali, ami nyitható üveg teraszon keresztül a parkra nyílik. Korszerű smart TV, ingyenes internet, Wi-Fi. biztosított. A nyitható kanapé két ágyas. Amerikai stílusú konyha mindennel ellátott. Az emeleten van 3 kétágyas hálószoba, mindegyikbe pótágy és gyermekágy berakható. Pótágyak nélkül 8 személy kényelmesen elfér.
