### 5Berth -Family Friendly -ParkingSpot -Heated Pool

\- Family oriented site with lots of amenities aimed at keeping little ones engaged  
\- Off site we're well located for day trips to some of Cornwall's best attractions  
\- No same sex groups allowed ( Park rules & regulations) especially Stag & Hen groups.  
  
5 Berth - Bedrooms are Double, twin and single  
One bathroom with proper walk in shower  
The kitchen has all the usual amenities - oven, microwave, kettle etc plus slow cooker and a few other nice extras to give more options  
The living room - Smart TV, can connect to your phones wi-fi as Internet not include  
Garden - Bench and seating, free parking space & a little garden area just for this van

Sister park - aimed more at camping and wilderness stays has great fishing lakes for fishing!  
  
Site Rules:  
\- Unfortunately no pets allowed on the park except caravan owners pets.  
\- Be respectful of neighbours - the majority of guests are young families or retired and looking for a fun and quiet weekend away  
\- Keep noise down after 10pm  
\- No same sex groups- especially stags/hens  
\- £7 membership per person per stay to be paid at reception for use of swimming pool & snowbar. This must be done at reception office on arrival please  
  
Breaking these rules can result in removal from the park by on site security - refunds will not be given to those removed by security.
