Venture upstairs to the heart of the home, a bright and airy open-plan living space that invites connection and calm. In the lounge area, a plush blue corner sofa and twin bright yellow armchairs offer a splash of colour and comfort, all centred around a large wall-mounted TV for laid-back movie nights. The modern kitchen is superbly equipped for everything from morning coffees to indulgent dinners, complete with high-quality appliances and a large breakfast come dining bar with stools, ideal for casual dining and lively conversation. Glass doors lead out to a vast, sun-soaked patio, a true outdoor sanctuary. With a cosy corner sofa, large dining table, chairs, and a barbecue, it’s the perfect setting for everything from alfresco breakfasts to evening sundowners beneath the stars.

Guests are welcome to use the property’s kayaks, conveniently stored in a covered outdoor area, perfect for paddling along the calm waters of St Austell Bay.  
  
From your doorstep, walk to the nearby pub, fishmonger, and greengrocer, or take a scenic ride from the local railway station to Plymouth or Penzance. Just a short walk from the sweeping sands and sheltered dunes of Par or Spit beaches, and only metres from the scenic Southwest Coast Path, you’re perfectly placed for seaside adventures. Wander further and you’ll find the historic harbour of Charlestown, famed for its tall ships and period drama settings, along with the idyllic beaches of Polkerris, Porthpean and Carlyon Bay.
