Noisy area in the evening. The 6 Euro extra charge per night for air conditioning was a surprise. Air con is listed as an amenity. Anything that is listed as an amenity should be included in the price of the room charge, unless otherwise noted.

Staying in Tycoon Hotel Apartments in Cyprus
Surprise the owner wanted to charge €8 per air conditioner daily whereas the package for Tycoon Hotels Apartments sold on hotels.com clearly said that the air conditioner is included and it will be no extra payments.

We charge 6 euros for aircon and if you check with hotels.com it dose say so and rooms are very good price anyway so it all makes sence.

Cosy hotel
The hotel is situated 4 km ftom the centre of Limassol. It was easy to go there with local busses. Helena There were shops and restaurants everywhere. The nearest beach was about 500 metres from the hotel. I had a long stay at the hotel. But the room was just above the bar and I had to listen to the noise of drunken people. Also the traffic was very noisy. I asked for an another room, but there was renovations at hotel going on. For the last 4 days I got a better room. But the rooms and other places were very clean.

Great hotel. Great location
The hotel is located right in the centre of the tourist area in Limassol. It is within walking distance to the beach and also local bars,clubs and restaurants. Great, friendly staff, who made us feel right at home. The food was fresh and super tasty! Rooms are very clean and cleaned on a daily basis. Pool on site which is also very clean. Would definetly stay here again.

Good apartments
Tycoon is located few hundred metres from one of the main streets leading to the center of Limassol (which is quite far – best to take the bus). Apartment was just right for our needs – large enough, with a small balcony. Comfortable bed, OK bathroom, good wifi signal. No complaints. Friendly staff. Good price. There’s a bar next to the reception and on Fridays they organize karaoke nights. If you don’t take breakfast at Tycoon, you will some cafes and bakeries nearby. Small market is also not far away. For the dinner we recommend Greek tavern Monastiraki at 99 Georgiou St. - do try their moussaka.

Lovely welcoming hotel
Everybody we had the pleasure of meeting was so friendly and welcoming. They take the time to get to know you and you automatically feel comfortable with them, the hotel has everything you need and the food is fab! I would come back to Cyprus purely for this place and the people!

Very friendly homely hotel.
A very friendly homely and clean hotel, Angie, Theo and the staff made us feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble. The food cooked by Andy was excellent and well presented. The housekeeper, Yvonne, is the orical of local knowledge.

You get what you pay for
Pros: The hotel is cheap and close to the beach. It has a large bar area with a pool table. There are plenty of sunbeds with varying degrees of shade. Cons: The road outside is noisy (especially at weekends), which will cause problems for light sleepers. This isn't the hotel's fault but it's only fair to mention. Perhaps they could improve the soundproofing. The pool is quite small and was a little dirty when we visited. Our set of utensils, crockery, etc was incomplete and had not been properly cleaned. Our room was tired-looking but you get what you pay for.

Great staff, fantastic BBQ
Had to book the Tycoon as the other hotel that the rest of my family was in was fully booked - I'm glad I did as the staff were brilliant (the bar at my family's hotel was dead, whereas the Tycoon bar was always buzzing), and the Friday BBQ was some of the best food I ate during my holiday (the whole family came, and raved about it for the duration of the holiday). Theo, Angie, Zoe and Marco were stars, so thank you guys.

Séjour de vacances
Sejour de 10 nuit à l’hotel. À l’arrivé nous apprenons qu’il faut payer la climatisation alors que nous pensions que c’etait inclus dans le prix. La chambre ne correspondait pas à ce que nous avions réservé. Sinon la chambre est très propre avec necessaire de cuisine. Beaucoup de bruits à l’exterieur qui s’entend dans la chambre. Personnel très gentil et accueillant. Piscine agréable avec parasol et transat à disposition. Très bonne emplacement à quelques minutes à pied de la mer et des restaurants

The cost of rooms is lowered to make up for the air condition if you check with other hotels like us there prices are higher so it makes up for it some people do not want so its not charged but glad you enjoyed everything else

チェックインでの丁寧な対応
早朝６時とチェックイン時刻よりも早く到着しても部屋が空いていた為、すぐにチェックインさせてくれました。長旅で疲れていたので非常に助かりました。それ以外にも対応が良かったです。

Familjeägt hotell med personlig service.
Tycoon, var mycket trevligt. Familjeägt Hotell och personlig service. Enkel men rent och snyggt. Minus för att det var ganska mycket trafik runt om och att det pågick flera byggen precis i närområdet, vilket gjorde att det var ganska mycket oväsen och inte så lugnt och stilla som vi önskade oss. Men i övrigt bra på många sätt.

Équipement très rudimentaire, très bruyant. Pas d'isolation phonique ni thermique. Douche froide à volonté. Pas d'eau chaude en rentrant après 20h00 ni avant 8h00 le matin. Pas de chauffage à la mi novembre, début des nuits fraiches. Peut être un problème uniquement avec cette chambre ??? Et malheureusement la piscine était hors service. Attention climatisation, coffre...en option. Sinon personnel sympathique.

Arrivé le lundi 14 novembre au soir, l'hôtel nous a paru correct au premier abord. Les chambre étaient spacieuse et le confort de la litterie acceptable. Par contre l'absence d'eau chaude 6 jours sur 7, soit disant parce que le personnel n'arrive qu'à 8h30 et qu'ils n'allument pas la chaudière la nuit, le simple vitrage qui vous fait profiter de la rue avec les dérapages contrôlés, les gens ivres et le karaoké du bar d'en face jusqu'à 01h30 du matin ont clairement fait déchanté. En dehors de notre accueil le premier jour et le jeune barman, le reste du personnel est d'une amabilité inconnue, à la limite de l'agressivité! Ce choix, était basé sur des avis positifs et un tarifs attractif, c'était une erreur

Ich wahr in Limasol im Urlaub das Apartament ist schön und sauber einzig währe es zu empfehlen die Klimaanlage im Wohnraum statt im Schlafraum zu installieren

Buon hotel a prezzo ragionevole
Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel che è in piena zona turistica di limassol, l hotel possiede un pub al pian terreno, gradevole ed in pieno stile british, molto frequentato e punto di ritrovo di Inglesi in trasferta al sole.

Bra och mindre bra
Trevlig vänlig personal och rent rum med städning varje dag samt bra fungerande WiFi på rummet. Men... Gammal hård, oerhört knarrig säng. Gammalt tråkigt möblemang. I badrum,ingen hylla att sätta necessär på. TV-program utbud med endast cypriotisk eller grekisk textning eller dubbning. Samma skräp låg i poolen alla fyra dygn (städades ej). Dammiga ofräscha solstolar runt pool som ej torkades av under hela tiden. Pool området omgärdas på två sidor av lokal väg. Lokal trafik på tre sidor om hotellet.
