Tequila Sunrise is a beach front 3 bedroom bungalow providing an exclusive retreat for a party of six or a family seeking a private haven to experience the traditional life of the Island of Cyprus. The bungalow has its own private large 8x4 kidney shaped swimming pool and a nicely maintained garden for endless, care free relaxing hours in the ever shining Mediterranean sun. The bungalow is located in the sought-after Sunrise project which offers a clean, calm and well built environment. The popular Coral Bay, a 500 meter long bay boasting golden sands and clean blue waters, is a certified blue flag bay and is less than a 10 mins walk from Tequila Sunrise. This bungalow is all about location as the popular Coral Bay strip is only a 5 mins walk away where you’ll find an abundance of shops, restaurants and bars serving locally grown and prepared food. Also the convenience of shops delivering groceries back to your holiday home will make it easier for you to support a beautiful sunset meal. The garden is professionally landscaped and offers plenty of sunbathing space while furnished with exquisite, solid quality and modern furniture with comfortable sun beds rattan sofas and a Cocoon setting the scene for a real oasis of calm and tranquility. The swimming pool has variable depths (0.90 x 1.80) in addition to flood lights making it a safe and relaxing option at night. It's a great location, near enough to coral bay strip to enjoy the restaurants and bars, but far enough you don't have any noise issues and it's not busy. Pool was lovely, especially in the afternoons after the sun had been on it.David the property manager touched in a few days before our arrival, and we reported an issue to him and he dropped by to check on our stay. Overall a good experience. Not sure why there aren't many reviews of this place, we've been to Cyprus a lot and it's deffo one of the better places we've stayed.Highly recommended and we would definitely stay again. ##### Sarah M. Plenty to see and do. The villa was well equipped with everything we needed. The only negative would be the bathrooms as they could do with a bit of an update, the mixer tap in the main bathroom didn’t work so we had to fill the bath with the shower which didn’t really impact on our stay but having children we did use the bath everyday. Pictures don’t reflect the very tired nature of the accommodation.
