Welcome to Paphos Old Town Seaview Flat, a stunning three-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment located on the third floor, offering breathtaking views of the sea and the city. Easily accessible by both stairs and elevator.  
  
Upon entering, you'll be greeted by a spacious open-plan living area and kitchen. The living room is elegantly decorated and furnished with a comfortable double sofa bed and a modern dining table with six chairs. The space also includes a 43" smart TV and complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the apartment. The patio doors open onto a beautifully furnished veranda, complete with comfortable outdoor seating, where you can enjoy the stunning views of the sea and the city.  
  
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a microwave, oven, stovetop, large refrigerator, and a washing machine with a dishwasher, as well as a stylish island bar. Designed to meet all your culinary needs, whether you're preparing a quick meal or enjoying a leisurely breakfast.  
  
The master bedroom is a tranquil space, decorated in earthy tones and featuring a comfortable queen-size bed, spacious wardrobes, and plenty of natural light. It also includes an ensuite bathroom for your convenience. The patio doors from the master bedroom lead to the private veranda, allowing you to step outside and enjoy the fresh air and the view of the sea and the city.  
  
The second bedroom is also decorated in earthy tones and features a comfortable queen-size bed and ample closet space. The bright and cheerful atmosphere of this room ensures a warm and welcoming environment for relaxation. Additionally, patio doors provide direct access to the shared veranda.  
  
The third bedroom is bright and spacious, decorated in warm tones and equipped with a queen-size bed and roomy wardrobes. This room also benefits from abundant lighting, creating a cozy and inviting ambiance.  
  
The contemporary main bathroom is designed with a modern shower, providing a delightful experience for your relaxation.

The Medieval Castle of Paphos is just a 10-minute drive away, Alykes Beach is also 10 minutes by car, and the Kings Avenue Mall is only 5 minutes away.  
  
This prime location ensures that all the attractions and amenities of Paphos are within easy reach, making Paphos Old Town Seaview Flat the perfect choice for your stay. Experience the ultimate blend of comfort and convenience.  
All passport/ID’s copies for occupants and guests must be provided prior to arrival. No access to the Property can be given until Phaedrus Living has seen satisfactory identification -such determination to be at the Phaedrus Living sole discretion. Lead Guest must be 18 years or above to stay at the Property Any removal of property inventory may be treated as theft. No smoking inside the property. No pets allowed. No loud music or parties allowed. In case of loss of accommodation keys, the service fee of 35- 60 Euros to change the lock will be paid by guest Any illegal activity will result in immediate ejection and notification to the Police. Booking fees will not be refundable by Phaedrus Living in this scenario. Building rules and procedures must be adhered by guests. At the end of the reservation, the premises and its fixtures and fittings must be in the same condition provided at the commencement of the stay. Any breakages, or necessary repairs and replacements will be paid by the guest. Renewal of the reservation is at the discretion of the Phaedrus Living. The guest should inform the Phaedrus Living at least 3 days in advance and it is subject to availability. Payment will be required upon confirmation of the extension of the reservation. If the guest acts against any of the conditions specified above Phaedrus Living has the right to terminate the reservation instantly.
