La chambre avec jacuzzi que nous avions réservée sentait l'humidité et cela se voyait sur les murs. Chambre sombre et vieillotte. Nous avons dû insister lourdement pour pouvoir changer après la première nuit. La chambre au dernier étage que nous avons pu avoir était mieux mais dans l'ensemble, le prix payé est largement excessif. Sinon, la balade en bord de mer est sympa et le vue très agréable

Having travelled to many distinguished hotels we rate the Azia among the best! Our room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. We were impressed by the surrounding areas and the well kept gardens. The food and service were fantastic and we had lovely evenings at the a la carte restaurants. Azia made our holiday truly enjoyable and great! We will see you again very soon!

Our stay was 5star and we had a lovely, relaxing and unforgettable holiday at the Azia! The hotel was spotlessly clean, the service was top and we loved the A la Carte options and the amazing food!! Staff are the hotels biggest asset, they were all excellent, rooms are a little dated and tired, but they know that and have plans to spend money to make the resort a more modern setting, which at the moment its not at all, did we enjoy our stay, yes we did, would we go back ? maybe if/when they do the work needed to make this a 5 star resort, as right now I would class as a 3/4 at the top end

The all inclusive buffet and drinks package was really good. The food had variety every day and the drinks list was very comprehensive. Getting a booking for an à la carte restaurant was very difficult as fully booked on the electronic system, but they did accommodate us after we enquired at reception. Overall great stay and very friendly staff.

We stayed here for the first time as a family in the May half term and had the lost wonderful time. The few things that stuck out to us was the cleanliness of the whole place and how friendly the staff are. They go above and beyond to help You feel comfortable and relaxed. The Azia resort was located in the beautiful sea front resort with great sized rooms thatt have excellent views from the rooms. We stayed in a junior siute with jacuzzi and loved every second. The staff are friendly howevwr the hotel manager Ioana made our stay exceptional with a warm caring touch that is hard to find. It was an absolute delight to stay in this resort... One thing I wasnt keen on was the automated way of booking restaurants but i guess this is a result of the lockdowns etc...

Room was nice, location is pretty bad. Far from anything without a car. A bunch of families, adult only only pool was a nice addition. Food was not very good. Tasteless. Mattress 2/5 Sheets 2/5 Pillows 2/5

Very good experience
The overall stay was excellent. Great staff trying to help at any moment. Highly recommended for families, in particular with young and teenage children. Ioanna in management is great, so is Nino and the full team of the buffet restaurant. We will be back.
