![At the most beautiful garden in Hawaii, Onomea Waterfall greets one while decending into the lush valley. Lynn and I spent 4 hours taking over 500 photos of the tropical flowers, flowing water, ocean waves, and small creatures. The garden is in a natural setting, located in a secluded valley. In my opinion, this was the best Hawaiian garden we have visited. « When I first pulled up, I was hesitant. I reread the reviews to remind myself of why I booked and then went in. First and foremost, I never saw any bugs let alone the bugs the one review mentioned. The room is spacious, beds comfortable, well appointed kitchenette, and nice water pressure for a real shower. I had gone to the green sand beach before arrival so I needed a good shower! Location is wonderful. I highly recommend the farmers market right behind it. They have souvenirs, jewelry, cool...

« I booked this property less than 24 hours before my arrival. The hist was very responsive and accommodating. The house is just as pictured. We got plenty of use out of the hammock out back. It was so quiet and peaceful. The kitchen had everything we needed. The air conditioner in the master was nice, although with a nice breeze, it wasn't needed all night. Would definitely stay again. »

« Check-in and check-out were perfect. The beds and furniture were super comfortable. It was truly a tropical oasis to enjoy our time between visiting the volcano and the falls in Hilo. The cats made the stay even sweeter as they perched themselves on the lanai. Christina was a very attentive host and gave us lots of good ideas. We enjoyed walking to the cliffs at both sunrise and dusk for our zen with the waves crashing on the cliffs. It was such a nice change from the more touristy...

Réfection de chambre très tardive (aux alentours de 17h). 2 restaurants sympas dans l'hôtel. 2 salles 2 ambiances aux alentours de l'hôtel : l'une avec parc et promenade super agréable et l'autre avec bâtiments abandonnés et squats."

"Environnement bof quartier plutot glauque malgre le centre ville et resto a 500 m. L hotel est plus que vieillot. Peu etre typiquement hawaïen. Les fenetres ne ferment pas. Le parquet est olus qu abîmé. Pas d eau chaude pour se laver. Pas de wifi dans les chambrres. La literie est plutot bonne. Le petit dejeuner simple mais bon et le personnel la dame est tres gentille."

"Accueil très sympathique au Check-In avec une jolie réception. L’espace extérieur est super avec un accès à la piscine (un peu petite). L’hôtel en lui même aurait besoin d’une rénovation, surtout au niveau des chambres et des salles de bain, mais le confort est tout de même là avec une literie de qualité. Attention au ménage, notre réfrigérateur n’était même pas vidé à notre arrivée. De plus, le service « voiturier » est à revoir ! 25$ par nuit et le chauffeur n’a même pas été capable de conduire notre voiture prétextant que notre véhicule était en panne… pas très professionnel.
