"The worst travel experience ever. We went on a family vacation and didn't receive the services and accommodation we were offered at Hotels.com description. The hotel is undergoing financial and legal challenges and the maintenance at the property was not existent; the children playground, arcade, and game room were closed; mosaic tiles in the children pool missing, with cement exposed on the floor with the risk of injury; the beach was dirty with broken glass; no lifeguard was available; not even one chair for guests available at the beach. The room was dirty. Our reservation was for 6 guests and we received linens and towels for 4 people only. No hands towel available. When asking for the missing linens and towels they said that it was not possible. We had to beg for the bed sheets and towels and had made the two beds ourself. Most of the staff, including the Operations Manager, was unfriendly. I understand because 3 of them told us that they had not received the salary for the last 2 weeks. They had no motivation to work or provide good customer service. The food was poor quality and low quantity. Only some repetitive dishes remained available for hours. This was a terrible vacation experience and we moved to another hotel. I will never recommend this hotel to anybody. "

"We've stayed in quite a few home rentals in this area, and this house so far is our favorite. It is centrally located to everything you would want to do in and around Coco, well appointed with everything we needed for our stay, and the layout of the house and the spaces was ideal. Every room has door access to the pool, and a spectacular view of the ocean and landscape. Every room had it's own bathroom. We were travelling with teenagers and my father in law and this suited everyone. The teeangers loved the black out shades so they could sleep late. Plenty of extra blankets, pillows and beach towels. Every chair, indoors and outdoors, was so comfortable. We all loved that the pool had a large shallow platform where you could sit in the pool and read and stretch out your legs, or it would be great for little ones who don't swim yet but want to splash around. There were pool floats and a pump provided that we connected to the cigarette lighter in our vehicle to inflate the pool floats. Host company was very responsive on any questions we had during our stay. There was a pretty big miscommunication about an excursion we booked through them resulting in the completely wrong excursion being booked. We made the best of it, but I would just communicate with them on home related items, and recommend booking any excursions through Beard and Wild, whom we used last time with great success. But the home management side was great. This home had it all. 10/10 recommend. "

"The property is very modern and well appointed. The location and view are superb. It is very private and allows you to totally disconnect and enjoy the surroundings. We started every morning drinking our coffee and watching the hummingbirds, monkeys, and variety of tropical birds in the backyard area.After a day at the beach or hiking waterfalls we would head back to the villa and enjoy the beautiful pool and soak in the picturesque sunset.Overall the property is perfect for a family our a couple that just wants to get away from reality for a little while. "Geat sunset views. On hill overlooking Coco beach. Nice pool. Extremely well equipped kitchen. OK showers. Washer and dryer worked. AC adequeate but noisy. House is for sale and needs some work. For example, none of the windows or patio doors lock and a piece of wood is used to secure the panes. The host instructions are to leave nothing ofvalue visible because of petty crime; though I never felt worried about the area, it would have taken no effort to open these panels. Pool light ishanging from a cord; thankfulky it does not seem to be connected to power. Manager ( Francisco) is always helpful."

"We had 3 couples staying at the townhouse. All bedrooms had ensuite. Fourth bedroom in basement also had ensuite. It was clean and spacious. Lots of good pans and dishes and coffee cups. Pools and hottub were great. Because of location on site would suggest renting a golf cart if you don’t have a car. Long walk in the heat. Would be excellent for large family as it has 4 ensuites. "
