I’ve stayed up in Panorama well over 10 times throughout the years and the Springs Building really is mine and my families favorite. This specific condo had a lovely balcony (a bit larger than most of the others I’ve seen) and the location was perfect. The older kids in our group pretty much lived in the pool and it was easy to let them go and easily spot them anytime! Fit our family well and would stay again, but the unit requires some TLC. Cons: Hide a bed full of springs, not sleepable without a layer of blankets on top, CO2 detector not plugged in and when we plugged it in it just beeped, no smoke detector, just the base plate, and the toilet paper was a large roll in as you find in a grocery store bathroom, we went and bought our own. One fan didn’t work, and the heat kept coming on and off in the master bedroom even with the thermostat off. If you’re looking for a quiet mountain retreat this isn’t it. Plenty of fun things to do with the kids. Heated pools, water slides, mountain biking and more. Our only issue was in the room. The heat would come on randomly even with the thermostat off and the electric kettles were non functioning. The drip coffee machine was also difficult to operate. It is pricey as you can get the same conditions for almost half price somewhere else if you look only at what's inside the walls. Host responded to emails promptly. cons: broken closet door/mirror in master bedrm, so closet not usable and not mentioned in communication until I emailed them then was told it was a “known issue”. refrigerator compressor made very loud noise two to 3 times a day. one ski locker (we did fit 5 adult pairs of skis & poles, but it took some tetris puzzling) master bedroom baseboard heater gets very hot even when thermostat turned down. Restaurants in village were mediocre and expensive. We drove into Invermere for dinner instead and loved the Station Pub food and Black Forest Steak & Schnitzel Haus. As mentioned in the property description, the condo has indoor access to the main hot tubs which can be seen from the balcony so it's easy to tell if the tubs are busy. The master bedroom has a beautiful ensuite. The kitchen is very well stocked with plenty of glasses and dishes for 5 people. The kitchen features KCup coffees that I don't remember seeing in the property description. Martha was very responsive throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again. ##### Brian C.
