Architect-designed to maximise the panoramic mountain and sea views, the house offers you the perfect place to relax and unwind, only a short walk from Pano Akourdeleia a small, quiet, rural village. There is a noticeable drive to help us with our Sustainable goals, such as hot water heated by solar, filter water tap, to avoid single use plastics, plus our toiletries by Bramley are refillable bottles. We hope you notice other smaller points around the home, which helps us all achieve a more sustainable lifestyle. There are traditional tavernas located in neighbouring villages offering quality local food with Cypriot hospitality. The resort towns of Paphos and Polis offer good restaurants, bars and shops. Clear blue seas and quiet beaches are in abundance in this area, all within a twenty-minute drive. The house itself has been designed with living space on the first floor to take full advantage of the sweeping vistas. It overlooks a fabulous infinity pool. The three bedrooms on the ground floor give quick access to the infinity pool. Zalia Zyprus's main ensuite bedroom (with bath) offers spectacular mountain views from the super king-sized bed. From the private terrace you will also glimpse the sea. A second large double bedroom has a king-size bed with pool and mountain views and opens onto the pool terrace. The third large bedroom is a twin, which can also be made up into a king-size bed. It, too, has direct access to the pool. These bedrooms share access to a walk-in shower room. There is air conditioning throughout the house with a wood burning fire for the cooler months. The spacious living area is thoughtfully furnished with comfortable seating for all guests. There is Satellite TV with international channels and good WIFI throughout the home. The open plan dining space has a large table, appropriate for informal eating or fine dining. This living room opens out to a large shaded outdoor dining area with views of the Troudos Mountains and sea in the distance, ideal for those hot summer months. The fully equipped contemporary kitchen includes a capacious fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. From here large sliding windows offer a balcony view again of the pool and mountains. Ideal for both the confident swimmer and the beginner, the eye-opening infinity pool has a shallow paddling area with safe graduated steps into the pool. The automatic cover maintains a refreshing temperature, conserves water by reducing evaporation and keeps the pool free from leaves. The space around the house has been landscaped with olive and citrus trees. Please help yourself to fresh oranges for your juice in the morning and lemons for your evening drinks. Aligning under a steer towards increasing sustainability, the hot water is now solar powered, and use of plastic is minimised. For example, you will find that the tap water is ready filtered to remove the need for plastic bottles. La maison est incroyable, d'une grande qualité et une vue a couper le souffle. Les espaces sont très grands et hyper lumineux. Très pratique pour une famille, tout est bien pensé. L'arrivée dans la maison même tardive est pratique avec un système de boite à clé. Joseph, le propriétaire, est très réactif et bienveillant. Il nous a même permis de rester toute la journée (départ à 21h30 de Paphos) et profiter de la maison jusqu'au bout. C'est notre "top location" sur ce site actuellement. In general the villa is modern, clean and with good amenities. The high point is the fire place for cozy evenings. The location is as remote as it gets. Infrastructure is poor, roads leading up to the property, literally dangerous. Contact with the owner and appointed service staff is efficient and fast over WhatsApp. A major negative is that the pool is advertised as heated, while it is actually not. And even after pointing this out, the VRBO add has not been updated to reflect this accurately. This is rather unacceptable. A nice experience all-in-all, but not a place to return to. ##### Henrik L. Wer Party braucht, sollte wissen, dass man jeweils ca. 25 min bis Pegeia oder Polis fährt. Der Pool ist toll und schön zur Südseite ausgerichtet. Next morning it was exciting to explore everything in and arround the house. Amazing! This Villa is a wonderfull place to chill and recharge batteries and is also a good starting point for activities like hiking, beach or sighseeing. There are also plenty of tavernas, or also vineries "nearby", means reachable in a few minutes by car. Elaine, the housekeeper was of great help to get familar with the Villa and all hardware. A truly stunning villa. Fabulous design and perfectly appointed in every detail it felt completely luxurious with the most amazing views from every window. I wanted to bring it home and live in it forever. The photos on the website look fab but they don’t do it justice. It completely exceeds expectations. We also loved the fact that it is in the hills in a village so that we could escape somewhere cooler and quieter but close enough to gorgeous beaches and tavernas to satisfy everyone’s needs - even the teenagers! Elaine the housekeeper was lovely and extremely helpful with special recommendations for beaches and tavernas. Loved it, loved it, loved it. ##### alison C.
