« This house is located in a quaint little village outside of Lendava. Check in was seamless, even in this day and age, an warm greeting via text was greatly appreciated.The house has been recently renovated and it is a wonderful blend of old and new. I was able to read up on the history of the house and the area. The restored wood stove in the bedroom was also a wonderful touch. Kitchen is well equipped, though i was only there for a night.Had my coffee in the large backyard eating area,...

"​A very contrasting stay for a 4-star establishment. ​ The Pros: Excellent responsiveness following a lighting issue (immediate room change) and a much-appreciated commercial gesture (free breakfast offered). The welcome from the female receptionist on the afternoon of the 22nd was excellent. ​The Cons: ​Mediocre cleanliness: I found a hair on the duvet in the first room. In the second room, the bathtub was dirty with stagnant water residue, which I had to scrub myself before using. ​Customer Service (Dec 23rd): The attitude of the male receptionist on duty the morning of my departure was deplorable. I asked for assistance with the luggage storage, but his reception was icy. Despite my greetings and repeated thanks, he remained completely silent and unfriendly. Such a lack of basic courtesy is unacceptable."
