Herr Stratill ist ein sehr netter Vermieter und war bei einen kleinen Problemchem sofort zu Stelle. Die Wohnung ist so wie beschrieben und sehr zentral gelegen. Alle notwendigen Geschäfte sowie Straßenbahn ( direkt vor der Tür aber trotzdem nicht laut) und U Bahn sind ohne Auto schnell erreichbar. Wie schon geschrieben, ich komme definitiv wieder. The welcome from the female receptionist on the afternoon of the 22nd was excellent. ​The Cons: ​Mediocre cleanliness: I found a hair on the duvet in the first room. In the second room, the bathtub was dirty with stagnant water residue, which I had to scrub myself before using. ​Customer Service (Dec 23rd): The attitude of the male receptionist on duty the morning of my departure was deplorable. I asked for assistance with the luggage storage, but his reception was icy. Despite my greetings and repeated thanks, he remained completely silent and unfriendly.
