The villa is perfectly insulated, remaining cool and peaceful at all times.  
  
Evenings in the garden are a delight, especially watching the swallows diving and drinking from the pool !   
  
(We would like to clarify that the ground floor of the villa is available to visitors. It is the lit part in the main photo. It covers an area of 185m2.)
