The hotel is in a good location for walking, restaurants. The halls did have a musty smell but this is a struggle for hotels in Panama with the humidity. The room had no smell.

Wow came after a long flight that is not what you see in the pictures at expedia one of the worst hotel iv been at no hot water the towels are dirty and disgusting carpets at the room are disgusting there is a smell of mold all over the hotel specially at the rooms. Never again and I expect your answer soon

Overall great experience.... location in downtown....in the middle of financial district.... staff and service efficient..... they are cleaning the rooms daily..... good wifi.... food not so much choices, just basics.... gym and sauna not in service and condition should be improved.....

Overall the Hotel is well-located, and the breakfast was good. But the room has a few details to be improved; first, the bathtub which doesn’t have hot water and the floor was in a very poor condition. The carpet was super dirty, making the room feels unclean. Finally, you can’t use the mirrors to dress you up since they are so blurry; also, the GYM, Spa area was closed.

I was very surprised by this property and not in a positive way. It is advertised on expedia as this beautiful hotel with great amenities, but it was absolutely not that. The breakfast was incredibly limited, the hotel was SO dirty from the outside to the inside. We were woken up by the smoke alarm going off in our room (we do NOT smoke at all). Then cleaning staff opened our door at 8 am to ask if we wanted cleaning services while we were asleep. It was an incredibly uncomfortable experience from start to finish.

Location was a plus. The hotel needs to be repainted. The jacuzzi is not working as a jacuzzi, just other area of the pool. Breakfast buffet supper basic. In the whole week we never saw the person in charge of tours. No printed info, maps, etc. for the tourists in the hotel.
