Discover all that Panama City Beach has to offer at this comfortable and serene waterfront condo. Enjoy spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico and the most incredible sunsets you’ve ever seen from your very large and private wrap-around balcony.

The updated Kitchen boasts granite counter tops, and custom tile throughout. There is an attached breakfast bar with bar stools, while the dining area offers additional seating for four. The spacious Master Bedroom easily accommodates the 2 queen size beds with plenty of room to spare. The Master ensuite bath and the second bath have been fully updated with gorgeous tile and new vanities. We have added a bonus Nook with a double bed and ceiling fan. This condo also has a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, with a 65" flat screen TV and lots of seating.

On-site, this complex offers a variety of amenities including a pool, a sun deck, a rec room with pool table, and tennis and shuffleboard courts. Whether you enjoy lounging around the pool or sitting on the beach until after sunset, you will enjoy this smaller family complex with just 6 floors, that is close enough to restaurants and nightlife, but not right on top of it.

You will have full access to your own private laundry room, complete with washer and dryer, a beach cooler, sand chairs, and a few other beach items available for use.

You must be at least 25 to rent our condo. Remember to bring your beach towels & complete the attached Rental Agreement. Your door code will be texted and emailed to you a few days prior to your arrival. Upon your arrival, you will need to check in with the front desk to get your parking pass and wristbands. Check-in time is 4:00 pm and check-out is no later than 10:00 am. NO PETS & NO SMOKING OR VAPING in our unit or balcony!

Book a trip over to Shell Island through one of several local marinas where you can also arrange tours to swim with the dolphins. If you prefer, you can rent your own double-decker pontoon boat with dual slides for a relaxing afternoon on the water with the kids. The most visited state park in the state, St. Andrews State Park, is less than a mile away offering outdoor activities in a natural setting. You'll also find a number of family-friendly attractions like Shipwreck Island Waterpark as well as all the shopping, dining, and entertainment options at Pier Park, a local must-see! While there, be sure to treat yourself to a spin on the SkyWheel, a luxury observation wheel experience with a private, climate-controlled gondola ride that offers sweeping views of the Gulf Coast from 20 stories in the sky!j
