CHECK OUT OUR REDUCED PRICES FOR April and May. A beautiful first floor easily accessible unit with king sized bed, fold out couch, and lower hallway bunk. Fully furnished kitchen, with open spaces to the living room area. Front porch for relaxing view of the gulf across the street!! Large bedroom with spacious closets and a stacked washer and dryer. Walk to the beach or drive to Pier Park in minutes!! Swimming pool and shuffleboard on site. Staying in a first floor condo is so much better than staying in the High rise condos spending most of the vacation waiting on an elevator. The condo was clean & the owner was very responsive to our questions and allowed us early check in. Would definitely recommend!!! ##### John C. We did have a few frustrations but I don't think they'd effect future reservations. The unit was being painted so we weren't able to park right at our door, or leave our outdoor gear on the porch, for most of the week. The dryer also made an absolutely awful sound; so ear splitting we could only run it while we were gone. The host did say they'd be replacing the dryer at the end of the summer and obviously the painting wouldn't be an ongoing project so I think folks renting it in the future would be very happy! The neighborhood (pool, friendliness of those around us, etc.) and super close beach access far outweighed any of our complaints. ##### Cassie J. It was just as advertised. Very convenient beach access, nice pool, all around great stay. Owner was very responsive to questions and allowed us early check in.
