Beautiful flat with nice amenities. One of the things we loved but didn’t realize was that the smaller bedroom has bunked full size or queen beds plus the twin. Quite a lot of sleeping real estate! The water heater is undersized for a family of five coming back from the beach or the pool. Would have loved to not have to hurry everyone along so that the last two would have some hot water. Would be nice and simple upgrade to toss the tiny WH under the HVAC unit and put in a tankless unit. For as much as it is to stay at RB, every box should aptly checked off. The bathroom design is lovely. We truly appreciated the wonderful blinds in all the rooms that were far better than a similar unit we used the year before.
