You will never want to leave the extra-large balcony (10 feet x 28 feet). It is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee while watching the dolphins and your evening cocktail as you watch the breathtaking sunset! Balcony is furnished with durable Polywood furniture and provides multiple seating options – bar height table with 4 swivel chairs, 2 lounge chairs, and 2 Adirondack chairs with small table. This amazing balcony can be accessed from both the living room and the master suite. Balcony views span 20+ miles of the beautiful, Emerald Coast, of Panama City Beach! This condo provides FREE Beach Chair Service from March 1st to October 31st (2 beach chairs and 1 umbrella setup each day of your stay). A spacious living room with comfortable furnishings and 60” smart television is provided for your complete enjoyment. The leather sleeper sofa and rocker/recliners are wonderful for enjoying the gulf views, watching television, entertaining friends, or just taking a much-needed nap. The kitchen/dining area offers a completely remodeled kitchen with large counter-height breakfast bar and upgraded appliances including French door refrigerator with filtered ice and water dispenser, range, microwave, and dishwasher. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans and utensils to meet all of your cooking needs. The coffee maker lets you brew coffee with either your favorite brand of pod (such as a K-Cup pod) or using ground coffee. The dining area includes large coastal wood dining table with bench and 4 chairs. The breakfast bar offers 4 additional chairs. The master bedroom includes king bed, balcony access, gulf-views, and a 52” smart television. A fully remodeled, private ensuite bath with walk-in tiled shower with frameless glass door. The guest bedroom offers two queen beds (one pillow top and one firm mattress to find the perfect fit for everyone), a 32” smart television, and private guest bath access. The guest bathroom has been remodeled with beautiful tile surrounds, combination tub/shower, and glass doors. Tucked away in the closet is an assortment of beach toys you can use during your stay and a pack and play for our baby guests! The condo is in a quieter area of the Panama strip which we liked a lot after having driven down near Pier Park. But, everything else about Tropic Winds condos was very disappointing. First off, please be aware the condo is only about 1150 square feet. The photos make it look much larger and if we would have had 6 adults, it would have been very crowded! Secondly, the parking is the worse! As long as you are driving a mid-size car, then you are fine. How this parking garage passed inspection for the parking spaces sizes in hard to comprehend. Where this place is located, there are NO restaurants or attractions that are within walking distance. So, you have to get in your car to go anywhere. We had a van and we just said a small prayer before pulling into the garage every time! NIGHTMARE! If you have a SUV or large car, you will not be happy. Those notes should be listed somewhere in the listing, along with the square footage of the unit. Now let’s add the elevators to the mix! The average wait time was 10-15 minutes and there are 3 elevators. The very small pool smelled so bad of chlorine, we couldn’t get in. This is a hard review to write because the condo was lovely, but everything else to do with the condo was not. We left a day early. I emailed the management company before we left and never received an apology or even a response. We will never be back. We heard many people on the beach with the same complaints we had. Also, remember you cannot walk to anything, except Mike’s Diner. If you can find another location, it would be best. ##### Erin F. The condo had plenty of room for 4 of us. Easy process with Greta’s Beach Rentals. They communicated well prior to our stay abs when we arrived. The app made things easy. The bed was even super comfortable which was a first for us at the beach. The only complaint we had was that the no smoking policy wasn't enforced on balconies and the beach like we hoped due to asthma but we still would come back again to stay. ##### Josh D. Everything you need is there. The balcony is great with several different seating arrangements and even though it was only my husband and me, we had the choice of two loungers, a small seating area, and the awesome tall bar-style seating with four chairs for watching sunsets. The condo is so easy to manage with lovely minimalist decor. There were not a lot of knick.knacks to move or accidentally knock over. The managing company was the best. Johnny communicated via text and didn't worry you with calls. We actually checked and were able to purchase an extra night. I highly recommend this property. Columbus, GA. ##### Vicki Y.
