The location is great. The condo rental agent was awesome. The building had numerous problems though. One elevator out of service for the entire week we were there. On the last day of our trip only one out of three elevators was working. I did not like paying a lot of money for a condo to walk up stairs for 11 floors. Also, fire alarm testing/work was going on for three days during our trip and we had a rude fire alarm technician banging on our door early in the morning and his attitude was quickly corrected by my wife. ##### James C. Views were phenomenal. Corner unit has a view of the ocean and beach and looks over the Fontainebleau to see the strip and Bid-a-wee beach. Everything worked and was in good condition. The complex was easy to maneuver with single car parking in the parking garage. The decor is more modern, and not the most toddler friendly, but we managed fine. ##### Heath C. Only 2 of the 3 elevators worked all week which made social distancing a real challenge if not impossible at certain times of the day.
