If you are looking for the ultimate, all-inclusive getaway then “Seas the Day” and grab this beautiful two-bedroom home located in Barefoot Cottages. Tucked away in a natural and peaceful surrounding, you will be able to enjoy the water and STUNNING SUNSET views in your own privacy. This lovely home is one of the few cottages that has views of the St. Joseph Bay from the upstairs screened in porch. This gated community provides laid back living and great amenities including three pools, clubhouse, fitness center, and BBQ areas. The ultimate place to escape from life's hustle and bustle and enjoy some well-deserved relaxation. Night Minimum: 3 night minimum. Property Description: 1st Level Living area - open concept, smart tv Kitchen, fully stocked, breakfast bar with seating for 4 Dining area - seating for 4 Half Bathroom Washer/Dryer Screened in porch 2nd Level Master bedroom - queen bed, smart tv, private access to screened in porch Master bathroom - walk in shower Private screened in porch with bay views Guest bedroom - full bed and a twin over full bunk Guest bathroom Outdoor Community Amenities: Gated community, 3 pools, hot tub, exercise room, walking paths, charcoal grills Parking: Two parking spots are guaranteed. No RVs, trailers or boats are allowed inside the community gates. Pet Friendly: This home is pet-friendly, and allows up to 2 dogs. If you choose to bring a pet, a charge of $140 will be added to your reservation after you book. Linens/Supplies: All bed and bath linens are supplied as well as all cookware/dinnerware/glassware in the kitchen. A few essential items are provided upon arrival: Dawn dishwashing soap, one sponge, two dishwasher pods, one garbage bag, one roll of paper towels, one roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, two individual/small bars of soap per bathroom, one laundry powder and one fabric softener. Some of our properties typically have beach gear (chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc.) on site. However, there is no guarantee as these items tend to come and go throughout the year. Age Requirement: Minimum age limit to rent this home is 25 years old. Credit card fee: All payments processed are subject to a 3.25% credit card processing fee. Rental Agreement: A signed Rental Agreement is required upon booking. Monthly Rental: SNOWBIRDS WELCOME! Monthly rental rates are available during the winter season. CANCELLATION POLICY: We strongly encourage our guests to purchase the optional travel insurance to protect your vacation investment. All reservations include an administrative fee of $35 (plus taxes) upon booking which is non-refundable in the event of a reservation cancellation. Credit cards processing fees will be charged upon cancellation which is equal to 3.25% of all payments made. Reservations canceled at least 60 days before check-in date will receive a 100% refund, minus cancellation fees. Reservations canceled between 30 to 60 days before check-in date will receive a 50% refund, minus cancellation fees. Reservations canceled less than 30 days before check-in date will result in forfeiture of the full advance rental payments and any other payments. Property management came out the next day and installed a soundbar and it was fine. We did have an issue with the icemaker. No ice. We called and property manager sent someone to look at it. He could not fix it. They sent someone else out and he could not repair either. He said he would have an appliance guy come out. We were given a time range for the next day. Never happened. We finally just bought bags of ice instead of spending our day waiting on someone to show up. Ice is a necessity on a beach vacation. I am thinking that they should have offered to bring over bags of ice. Would have helped the problem and they could have replaced icemaker at another time. ##### Tammy L.
