Kevin was super responsive before and during our stay with any questions or needs that came up, and went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed. The location couldn't have been better -- so easy to go back and forth to the super close beach access. The house was cozy but plenty spacious for our family of five. The ice maker was a small addition that made a big impact in ease of packing up for the beach and never running out of ice! It was also great to have use of the beach wagon, chairs, and toys, as we didn't have to bring our bulky cart with us. Best of all, this was our first pet-friendly stay, and it was so great having our pup with us! One note: doors are all slatted (including bathroom doors), I'm assuming to help with air circulation. This was not a problem for us, but could be an issue for anyone needing more privacy. Overall would definitely recommend and would love to stay again! ##### Alison R. The beach was a very short walk away and the neighborhood was quiet and nice for walking our pups. Communication was timely and had the most useful info. I would love to return. ##### Nina B. Love the relaxed, chill vibe & really like that we can bring our furry babies with us.The location & space itself is wonderful. The water either a bit more west or on cape san blas is a little nicer IMO.Altho we love a beach cottagey home, this one could use a little more updating. I would say a new mattress, new cushions for outdoor sectional & painting the kitchen cabinets would go a long way.Overall, really enjoyed our stay. Thank you ##### Angel M.
