The hotel was a little run down. However, the room was comfortable and clean. The room did smell a little musky, however, nothing a little room spray can fix.

Great Room and Clean!! Loved the bed.
I loved the check in it was a breeze, The guy at the desk was really friendly. The bed was so so heavenly soft and I wanted to take it home with me just couldn't figure out how to get it in my car. The room was super clean. Will be staying here again.I actually found the papers on the mattress the name of the bed and took pictures of it and going this week to get me a mattress just like that one in that room. Loved It!!!!

Wouldn’t book again.
Room smelt. Some of the lights didn’t work. Plug in was barely held into the wall. Hair dryer didn’t work. The cleanliness was subpar. Room was a bit small. Honestly I know I did not reserve a room at a high end hotel and I’m not one to be overly critical about things, but this room was pretty bad. However, since we were only in the room at nights mostly to sleep it worked for what we needed it for. Though I will not reserve there again. Also breakfast bar was a joke. They had nothing out really.

The rooms are in really bad condition. The room I stayed in had a huge red stain in carpet the mirror was broken the bed sheets had holes and stains and they were also damp!

Hotel in Panama City
I would not recommend this hotel if one has children. My wife and I felt that if one needed drugs, they could probably be found in one of the guest(s) rooms. There were some very 'interesting' looking guests wandering around. The area is a little run down as is the hotel. The pictures they use to advertise this hotel are not up to date. If someone just needs a bed for the night, then this might be your place. Our toilet backed up the first morning of our stay. We called the front desk and thee gentleman who came up to snake the toilet was very kind. We were awakened at 11:30pm with a phone call from the front desk wanting to know why 'we were smoking in our room. It is not permitted'. My wife told the man we were not smoking in our room. He told us he could see smoke coming out of an open window on his monitor. My wife told him that our window could not be opened and he should call the room that has the open window. This man should 1) do his investigation first before calling rooms up and accusing people and 2) he should learn some proper phone etiquette when speaking to people! Very rude about it.

Ok stay
When checking in the person at the desk was very quiet and not loud enough to understand. They wouldn't let me use a military Id and wouldn't even explain why. The hallways smelled very bad.The room was nice and clean.

Great place
My family and I stayed here for a week. The rooms were clean. We were just minutes away from shopping and the beach. There was a nice pool as well at the hotel. My only complaint would be the pillows. They were very soft. I woke up hurting every morning. Our family had a good time. We would stay there again.

1- The maintence guy did not want to fix the bathroom sink. He told us to do not leave the water on. The sink was clogged and the faucet area is leaking 2- Houskeeper was OUTSTANDING! She did a great job and extremely friendly. 3- I did not care so much for the breakfast because the food worker did clean his hands or have gloves on by handling the food. 4- The front desk Clerk is/was professional and provide good information regarding the area and hotel.

My Hotel Experience
My stay was good my room door just wouldn’t stay shut. We had to close it twice in order for it to shut. The pictures on this website make the room look bigger than what it is. It was ok but not fantastic!!

Do not stay here!
HORRIBLE! Nasty....we requested a non smoking room...even call on our arrival day to make sure. We were NOT late checking in. The front desk oerson checked us in...no memtion that all non smoking rooms were take. Smoke smell knocked us down plus rhe room as nasty. After wasting over an hour we were sent to another hotel. PLUS on our travels down to Panama City we stayed in 2 other hotels which were very nice. This hotel was more expensive. Don’t stay here unless you are a chain smoker and like that nasty smell.

Issue with your payment method caused your room to be cancelled when you came in we gave you what we had to offer at the time. When you chose not to stay we sent you next door to our other property where you did stay for the same price. I'm sorry that you did not like the smoking room it was not nasty just a smoking room. Both hotels are cleaned by the same personnel.

Please don’t stay here
Possibly the worst motel I have ever stayed in. WiFi hardly worked. Toilet very wobbly. One light worked. Bathroom very dirty. Extremely noisy from the road and other rooms around. Children running around all evening which I understand isn’t the hotels direct fault as such, but why put so many children on the upper floors knowing they are noisier? The most frustrating thing overall was the price. At $140 a night I expected at least working facilities and a good breakfast when really it was just a que for 2 waffle machines. The only and I mean only positive was Laquisha who worked on the front desk who was very polite. Don’t not waste your money and time staying here.

Your breakfast is exactly as mentioned a continental breakfast - with a waffle. this means cereal toast, muffins, danish , oatmeal grits etc. no meat. June is a high time of year for rates.

When we checked in at 2:30 am on Friday June 1st the first thing was that the entire building smelled like marijuana. Then as we were checking in a man came down. Laurie, the front desk clerk, asked what room he was in. He said 228. She told him that was my room. I asked her how he got in my room. Her first story was that he was there with people from the mill and got locked out so she gave him a key. She then told me she would keep one of my keys and use the second one to go check the room. While we were unloading our stuff, that same man left on a bicycle. When we got to our room the first bed was shuffled. It was clear someone had been in it. She then brought the second key and told us that everything was fine. When we pulled the covers back on that bed there was fresh wet semen on the sheets. I went down to talk to her about it. She told me to go strip the bed and she would bring clean sheets which we had to change ourselves. I asked her again how he got in our room. Her story changed to that he was there with a friend and the friend left and told him he could stay in the room the rest of the night. She said that she saw the friend had checked out. I am not sure how his key still worked. We are very unhappy with this and wished we would have never had to stay there. I’m not sure what can be done about this but I do not want someone else to have this same experience. I have tried three times to talk to the manager at that specific motel and I have been given the run around

A full apology was given to you . We fully compensated for the night and you advised you were happy with the room during the rest of the stay . A manager did call and talk to you it took us several calls to get an answer. This was a mistake on the behave of a desk clerk by putting someone in the wrong room.

New beds - Panama City is a tourist town for traffic is always heavy . Breakfast is whats promiseo n line waffle enhanced Continental Breakfast.

Great overnight stay!
This trip was a quickly planned trip for a funeral. The staff was great and happy for help us. The manager even helped my Brother-N-Law and Sister-N-Law get a great room at a great price as well! Bed and pillows comfy! Room and bathroom clean! CONs: the air unit in the room was a little hard to figure out how to get it to stay on. Did not have sugar substitute for coffee :(
