Upgrading a few things and a coat of paint would really help as well. When we arrived there was an issue with the toilet so we had to wait for maintenance to fix it, which took an hour after checkin time. The hotel pool was super cold, and there was no hot tub which I was unaware of. As far as the area, its toward the east and of PCB, right past Pineapple Willy's. However the unit was very out dated and felt like it hadn’t had a good clean in a while. The carpeting looked like it hadn’t ever been cleaned which made it feel gross. Knobs were missing on kitchen cabinets, the sliding door to the balcony had a broken handle that made it hard to go in and out, the couch was completely worn out. There was evidence that it had been repaired in the past, but it just needs replaced. The bed inside the couch would not lay flat and could not be used and the mattress was worn out. The shower was slow draining. The carpet was worn out and dirty. There is a beautiful view from the balcony, the location is good, parking was good and we felt safe at the location. The check in office was good and helpful.
