Relax in our beautifully decorated Seychelles Resort beach condo on the quiet east end of the beach. New living room furniture and appliances. We have FREE beach chairs for your use with two padded chairs and an umbrella. Available March 1 to Oct 31. They would cost you over $50.00 per day. We have breathtaking views from the 11th floor private balcony of the Emerald Coast. Take in the crystal clear turquoise water and pristine white sand. The sunsets are beautiful and unforgettable.

Our premier rated condo is designed with beach resort relaxation in mind. The master bedroom with en-suite, has a king bed, a lot of storage and a TV. Additional sleeping accommodations include bunk beds and a new queen sleeper sofa. The unit includes two full bathrooms with hand held showers.
The large Living Room overlooks the beach with a full wall of windows and has plenty of seating with a queen size sleeper sofa, love seat and a comfortable chair for reading. There is a large TV with Driect TV streaming and a DVD player so you can enjoy your favorite shows or movies.
Eat out next door at Schooners or any of the other excellent resturaunts nearby or eat in using the fully equipped kitchen. Sit at the dining room table or just sit at the breakfast bar.

Seychelles features everything you could want on vacation. There are two pools, one heated, and a hot tub. You are right on the beach and have plenty of lounge chairs around pools for sunning. It also has a state-of-the-art fitness center. Both parking and the building are secured with coded entry. Our unit is also personally coded for you so there are no keys to carry around.

Panama City Beach has all your favorite restaurants, shops and entertainment. Pier Park is just a short ride away while Ripley's Believe It or Not and other activities are close by. You can walk to St. Andrews State Park for amazing shells or stop next door at Schooner's for casual food, drink and dancing on the sand. Charter a fishing boat from the marina just a mile away and yes, there are many places to play golf, mini golf and race go-karts.
Right on the beach in front of you, you will find jet ski rentals, banana boat rides and para-sailing available for your enjoyment.
