This condo has just undergone a complete renovation and we are very excited to share it with you. You will have 1440 square foot of living space which includes a large master bedroom with a king size bed, private bath with his and hers vanities, beautiful walk in shower, and views through a large sliding glass door to the balcony. The second bedroom is a very large room that has two queen beds. Great mattresses and linens complete these bedrooms. There is a queen size Murphy Bed with memory foam mattress in the living room so the condo sleeps 8 comfortably. The kitchen touts granite countertops, new Shaker style cabinets, ceramic tile flooring, and all new appliances and fixtures. The living room has a very large sliding door set that affords amazing beach and sunset views. Another thing that sets this unit apart is the spacious open floor plan. A special feature of this floorplan is that part of the balcony is shaded during the day so you can enjoy the view without being directly in the sun if you choose and the window treatments do not have to be drawn to protected you from the direct sun so you can enjoy the view around the clock. Truly amazing! Watercrest Condominiums just completed a 4.5 million dollar renovation and the entire complex is fresh and new starting with the beautiful entrance portico and amazing water feature to the pool deck where all the outdoor furnishings are new. You will find it well maintained and very clean. Please come and experience this beautiful stretch of sugar white sand beaches, abundant entertainment, and friendly southern hospitality. Of course the beach is the main attraction but the pool complex is a cut above also with the new lounge chairs for your enjoyment. The Tiki Bar poolside at Watercrest is serving your favorite frozen cocktails along with snacks and light lunch meals. Everything you need for an amazing day at the beach! There are 27 miles of beach in this Northwest Florida paradise and Watercrest is one of the most beautiful well maintained condos in the area. We love this East end of the beach because the traffic is so much lighter than in other areas. Also, parking is easy at Watercrest and the elevators are fast and never overcrowded. Attraction Information: At the East end of the beach you have the waterfront headquarters that is home to legendary fishing fleets, pirates, pontoon boats, kayaks, jet skis, dive boats, and Florida's most visited state park not to mention the best golf courses in NW Florida, and the beautiful uninhabited Shell Island. You can also go tubing or parasailing, diving and snorkeling. Or play a round of miniature golf with the family before you ride the go-carts. It's all right here and much more. The marina is only a couple miles away where you can charter a deep sea fishing trip, Sunset Cruise, Pirate Cruise, or Shell Island Cruise, Dolphin Watching Excursion, or rent a pontoon boat and do your own exploring! There are several wonderful dining options at the Marina where you can watch the sunset as the boats come into dock. Pier Park is a 10 minute drive away and is a shopping, dining, and entertainment mecca. You can also go pier fishing and catch a free concert on the lawn. Dave and Buster's is at Pier Park and a large movie cinema among many other entertainment choices such as amusement rides, mazes, and laser tag. My only complaint would be the TV in the master bedroom kept freezing & saying no wifi, no matter which app you tried to watch. But I did not contact the owner about this, so he wasn't given the opportunity to fix it. The place appeared clean, though we did see one cockroach. It is Florida though. We looked around and did not see any more. I did bring this to the owner's attention & he said he'd get the exterminator out ASAP. I think it'd be great to add a tote of some beach toys (bucket, shovel, etc) for the kids, but not a big deal. Overall, everything was great and we'd stay there again! Beautiful property, roomy parking, and speedy elevators. Many condos feel packed with people, but this was the perfect combination of friendly people and plenty of space. The deck is perfect for morning coffee. Beds are super comfortable and the kitchen is beautiful and fully functional. The host was very responsive and incredibly friendly. My only feedback is the patio is a bit over crowded with furniture and could probably get rid of the lounge chairs. We also ran out of toilet paper. This is the most accurate VRBO listing I’ve ever had! Often the pics are beauty shots and the furniture is heavily used. Definitely not the case here! I liked that it was in the less crowded East area but we could still get to to restaurants and activities easily. While I rarely go to the same place twice, I would with this one! It was perfect. The patio was fabulous and gave us many hours of evening bonding and the kitchen was a dream to cook in which we enjoy as a family. Quick beach access with chairs & umbrella (make sure u sign in with the dude each day) made this an absolute delight to stay and the hosts were awesome. Can't wait to come back!!! ##### Krista D.
