We were on the 4th floor which made it easier to get to where we were going vs a higher floor. The condo had everything we needed to prepare meals, and even 2 coffee pots, a traditional and a Keurig. Not many condos offer each bedroom with their own private balcony. Very clean and close to many attractions. The kids enjoyed the splash pad, pools, and lazy river. We walked across the street to Alvin’s island, for any beach needs and an ice cream parlor. Very convenient. The first evening when we were settling in, we noticed the Wi-Fi did not work. I reached out to the owner and received an immediate response. There was an issue with the entire resort that was resolved that same evening. I was amazed how quickly they responded. I definitely recommend this unit for an all around wonderful vacation. Don’t forget to check out the local springs. They are a refreshing break if everyone gets sunburnt on the first day like we did. When we needed to get help with the noise from the above unit the security guard could not be reached -the mail box was full to even leave a message, the rooms had some cleaning issues, the beach chairs are definitely placed too close in-between, several umbrellas needed replaced for safety. Plenty of room & all 3 balconies had an ocean view. Kids loved it as there was a variety of pools for them to choose from when they weren’t swimming in the ocean. The condo was just as advertised! Spacious with plenty of dishes, pans, towels etc. perfect location on the beach. Pools both shaded and full sun. Property manager very responsive and check in check out Wasa breeze. If there was any complaint, the property could use more elevators but this is the 4th floor so stairs weren’t a bad option! The layout of the condo was perfect for our family. Very appreciative of the quick reply from Jen the host of any questions we had. The condo had several items for use that you don’t have in many condos. The only downside we had for the Splash resort in general was the elevators very slow, hard to find luggage carts on check in and checkout, and the need for a ramp to access the beach. ##### Beth E.
