Right on the beach with a private boardwalk where you can rinse off all the sand. Great views, close to some really good restaurants. Older building, but they kept it clean. Parking garage available, but the code keypad wasnt woking and our arm bands didn't work on the keypad.

The parking sucks, I drove a full-size pick-up and the back was sticking out. The room was clean and well-maintained. excellent view. all the elevators were working.

I like that fact everything was close the food the bar and the shops. It was a little confusing once arrived. Just the check in and check out. Plus i got the emails late for checking out and checking in. So I never got the instructions until I had already talked to the front desk.

The staff was friendly! BUT in the condo (S2101) the washing machine & dryer didn't work properly. I couldn't read the dials on the stove to tell what burner to turn on or the numbers to tell what setting it was on. Condo had not been cleaned properly. The floors were gritty and dust was under the furniture, also a toy from a previous renter. There was toothpaste on the door frame of the bathroom door and bathroom ceiling. Ceiling fans were caked up with dust. TV in the master bedroom did not work. The condo said it slept 8. I really don't see how they thought that. A cot and a couch I guess was supposed to sleep two people but would have suited 2 children rather than 2, 6ft 6 inch adults! This has nothing to do with the condo we rented but people on the balcony above us threw up and then rinsed there balcony off and chunks came down on our balcony and splatter got on stuff. Of course the elevators were a hassle as well. I have stayed in October and it was a little better with the elevators with less people.

Got ate up with bed bug bites they were everywhere crawling around on the couch and bed and pillows had to leave in middle of night because no one would answer emergency number then had to pay $200 to spend the night at another hotel with 2 kids at 1:30 am totally awful experience!

Our condo Was nice, view was great. Elevators were TERRIBLE. Atleast 5-20 minute wait and they are unbelievably hot. It was like being in a sauna. Having assigned parking was nice but would have been better if assigned spot was on same floor as our room. Staff wasn’t very friendly

The Shores of Panama is an old rundown condo. The pics Do Not Look like the actual room you will be assigned. The furniture is so old and rundown. I called management company and the lady said “our room was a very nice one.” Everyone we talked to complained about the rooms being so rundown and not what they were expecting!!! There were people screaming all hours of the night. We checked out a day early but they refused to reimburse us. The pool is nice for kids but so many rules the kids can’t even play. There are No umbrellas for shade and not nearly enough chairs for the number of rooms. Everyone is constantly looking for chairs. We just rented chairs and umbrella at the beach for $50 a day. Elevators are a nightmare. There are three sets of two for a total of 6 but at least 3 were broken for our entire stay. Wait time was unbelievable. This condo is a dump!!! Don’t book here.

DO NOT STAY AT SHORES OF PANAMA!
Condo was roomy. Air conditioner did not keep room cool. Had to wait on elevators forever. An hour and 20 minutes we waited one time and several times over 30 minutes. Then - we were charged a bogus $500 after leaving for damages that were already made when we checked in.

We had a great stay! Amazing views! Pool was amazing and easy access to the beach. All the staff was friendly and helpful. Elevators could be better but wasnt too bad. Overall first time coming and we had a blast!

The room was just as described with a beautiful view and plenty of space. Plenty of room for the whole family with a huge TV in family room. Some things they didn’t tell us was bringing your own paper towels, laundry detergent, dish detergent, trash bags, and toilet paper. The only down fall was you have to wear your shoes unless your in the bed because the ceramic tile was absolutely nasty.

the pool was always clean the rooms where clean. It was close to the ocean. the parking was not that good. the staff service was not good at all. we waited 3 extra hours for our room. they canceled our room reservation.

The parking is a $75.00 nightmare, you can not open your door wide enough to get into your car without hitting the car next to you, the elevators did not work half the time, this is not safe if you had to evacuate everyone. The staff where not very friendly. However the condo and the view was great.

The microwave kept blaring and high pitched sound. When calling for assistance I was asked to reset the microwave. This occurred multiple times in several days. Maintenance never showed up. The smell was obnoxious in the unit and carpet was dirty.

Nice views,terrible elevators problem, we was on floor 17, the elevator was a headache, wasting time waiting for that , there is an extra payment for parking, I though I was supposed to be $30 for 3 days , but was $30 for each day , if you want to use a cart to move stuff to the rooms, they ask you to leave your id until your come back with the cart , stuff don’t look friendly, there is a nice pool , our room was poor cleaned, for the money that they charged for that , was expecting something else

Never again, will we stay at this property. Two elevators and long waiting lines for a four building structure that goes 23 flights. The parking garage is all out order and hard to maneuver around especially if you have a truck. My vacation turned in a training champ from walking up 18 flights of stairs everytime we went the the beach, pool or to leave out to eat.

The Furniture in the room(1509)was old and worn down. Parking garage is always a big hassle. Elevators were good the first two days,third day one was shut down. The Pool,hot tub and tiki bar are always my favorites. First two days were great. Due to rain on Saturday morning the pool wouldn’t open til 2pm and the Tiki bar just decided they would take a SATURDAY off. Just unacceptable. The security guards walk around wanna be POLICE....shutting down the pool whenever they feel like they can. SOP is a Great Place to look at at but needs better Management asap.

READ THE REVIEWS!! Absolutely awful. The staff is rude, the condos are dirty and not well kept, the elevators fell several floors on more than one occasion and stay broken. Be ready to spend half of your vacation waiting for an elevator. The parking garage is an unorganized nightmare. You are harassed by staff for the wristband that they charge you for, not included in price. The area around the hotel is very sketchy. Look at the news stories just in the last year. I will never stay here again! I’ve never paid so much to stay somewhere and be treated so poorly. Several other posts say there are bed bugs. I didn’t see any but 3 of us got bug bites while staying here.

To move all youre luggage to the room is so hard from the parking. - long time To get the elevador. -the size for the parking in my case i jave a suv truck i put all my items at the roof of my truck to get the floor 10 in the parking lot impossibl i have to put dow all my item into my truck to get the floor 10

Trying to communicate with someone for help was impossible. And on day of leaving they done changed lock way before check out time. Elevators extremely slow. And parking garage is extremely small and makes it very difficult to park size wise. Pools was clean and beautiful as well as view from balcony. But our room was still very filthy. For the amount we spent it should have been way nicer. Still hard to beat from staying at Splash resort condos which is right down the road for same cost.

The location is a winner, beach was amazing, property was clean. Often elevators are in service and it takes half an hour to get to your unit. Fridge in my unit wasn’t cooling it was inconvenient. I would recommend this property to others

The shores of panama was a great condo, however, the elevators were horrible, extremely long waits. The parking garage was terrible, it is entirely too tight.

We booked last minute and read alot of nasty reviews on the place! We stayed at Emerald View and it was suppose to be gulf front two bedroom.We arrived and it was three bedroom three bathrooms! It was very large and nice with plenty of room we had everything we needed! We did see a couple of large water bugs on the balcony at night but they wasnt in the bed so im ok with that! The teens was ran off by police due to them having large beach parties after midnight.Other than that we was fine! Several rooms blasted music from the balcony a few nights but inside we cd not hear it! I will stay here again! I do not agree to the $60 parking but other than that everything was good! Walking distance to everything! Walmarts right down the street!
