BEST LOCATION in Town: Night Life, Fully Private, nothing shared! Tourist district, , Restaurants, Sightseeing, Shopping Malls, Casinos, Walk to everything. . Metro System, Work Space : Clean bathroom, Hot Wi-Fi zoom ready: TV Expanded cable, Hotel, 20 Restaurants Kitchenette, microwave, fridge and stove, toaster, coffee maker. Sheet and Towels. Cleaning Equip, Smart TV, Deposit box, Computer work space! Super AC, Parking incl, Metro, Uber, taxis all here.

The Unit is situated between Calle 50 and Via Espana 1 Block away from both. Unit has nice Layout, Bathroom separate and double sink for two persons prepare for the day/night. See Pictures: Very Private and Nice view onto city. Best you escape the monster noise factor of the downtown area, we are inset. Condo located in a very exclusive area and we are next door to the Marriott on one side and the Bristol on the other side, the two top hotels in town. We have Secure parking.; Bring companions/ Company as you wish. We do have a noise ordinance in effect. Noise has to be shut down after 10:00 PM: Walk to 18 Restaurants in less then 5 minutes no uber or Taxi needed: This is the heart of the action of Panama city it does not get any better than here. If you read my reviews you will see this to be true. Also our panama insider list on your desk will brief you on all Tours, Restaurants, Real Estate, Retirement in Panama, Banking, Relocation here and so much more.  
  
Bring Guests and companions as you wish. No charge, No surcharge, No Spanish inquisition. its your space do as you wish. Plus our location is very discreet, we are between two giant Prestigious hotels so if you want to grab some food, or drinks its a cinch. We do have a noise ordinance in effect at 10 PM , so you must keep this in mind. And its is enforced its not just talked about. Also we do not accept children under any circumstances we are adult only. And this is a no Smoking Environment. You want the best at the lowest price nice unit, well you have found it!  
  
Your set up as you please. Bring Guests as you wish:  
Your renting enjoy your stay. We only ask all be quiet after 10 as this is a nice Condominium Building and people do sleep here early.  
Final note for single travelers looking for the love of their life we are the best location in the country as only 1 minute away is Habanos Club which is a singles mecca. You just might find your soul mate after all, if Your not already with them. Also this is the Restaurant location of your Life. This is it.  
Your want tours, Restaurants, Shopping, Souvenirs, Supermarket its all here.  
Transport, WE have the new metro 3 blocks, Uber in front a jillion Taxis due to our area only around the corner from us.  
  
Best of all Uber and regular taxis all right here , no WAITING, Ultra Fast you do not need A RENTAL car uber in Panama is incredible cheap. Load the app pre arrival.
