(Free parking) A little over a mile to historic St. Andrews with amazing water views. Here you will enjoy fishing, boating, shopping, dining, and plenty of live music, or a relaxing walk thru the park. Walking distance to Papa's Joe's Bayside outdoor festival on the water. Fun for the whole family, Papa Joe's has pontoon rentals, boat tours, and weekend festivals with live music, food trucks, and plenty of local vendors. (Free event and parking) Bring your boat the driveway can easily accommodate trucks and boat trailers. Multiple boat ramps available less than a mile from the house. (Free parking) The beach house is new and very comfortable, great for relaxing after a long day in the sun. Large Master bedroom is separate from the other two rooms with its own work area. The sprawling green space with private fenced yard is perfect for sunsets and stargazing. The covered front porch is ideal for morning coffee. Beautiful Palm Trees on the property make for an amazing view out every window. Supplies are simple with Winn Dixie and Sam's Club right up the street. This house is not on the beach but it is centrally located to everything, within 15 minutes of historic St Andrews area, all the best Panama beaches and restaurants, tours etc. Our hosts provided great information, check-in was easy, and we felt secure.
