We have overcast several days but there was plenty to do within walking distance. The owner was very attentive and responded to messages very quickly. We were able to load up the beach wagon, umbrella (which were included), our beach bag and walked to the private beach. Hands down the best beach access at PCB. The house was clean and had everything we needed! The outdoor shower and upper deck were plus. Stacy was amazing!
