Our condo offers two Free Beach Chairs each day of your stay (seasonal March 1 to October 31). You will notice a well-stocked kitchen that has been accommodated with a refrigerator, microwave, stove, ice maker, toaster, coffee maker, blender, cookware, eating utensils, glassware, china, and more. The dining area will seat eight comfortably with four at the dining table and four at the counter. The fully stocked kitchen along with the furnished dining area gives you the option of dining in for all your meals. The living room is beautifully furnished. There is a sofa which converts into a queen-size bed, side chairs, tables, lamps, ceiling fan and large flat-screen TV and a DVD for entertainment. From the living area, the sliding door opens to an oversized, private balcony with breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico. This private balcony is among the largest you will find in the area. From the balcony you can view the water connecting with the sky, dolphins jumping, seagulls flying, beach goers walking, parasailing, boating, snorkeling, and much, much more. The balcony is completely furnished and provides a relaxing area for enjoying sunsets and sunrises. Also, a fabulous place for gathering and playing board games with the family! If you are not lounging on the beach then you'll want to be on this balcony! The master suite is accommodated with a king-size bed, side furniture, lighting, drapery, and a flat-screen TV. The master suite also opens to the balcony where both the water and sounds of the beach can be seen and heard! Adjoining the master bedroom, there is an upgraded private bathroom with beautiful tile surrounds.. The guest bedroom is accommodated with a king bed and flat-screen TV (the guest bedroom photo shows a day bed which has been removed and is no longer available). There is also a private entrance to the second bathroom from the guest bedroom. BOOKING REQUIREMENTS: Occupancy Limit is no more than 6 guests in unit. You must be age 25 or older to book and you must be present at check-in and during the stay. Pets are not allowed and will result in removal from property. This is a NON-SMOKING resort, not even on the balcony. If you plan on smoking throughout your vacation, please book a different property. Smoking can result in removal from property and loss of deposit. Quiet hours are to be abided by, no loud music, no parties, no large gatherings permitted. You must respect your neighbors right to enjoyment of their balcony. Rental Property Manager will require a signed rental agreement, indicating your agreement to the rental terms, conditions, and rules. Rental Manager may require your ID for guest verification, local, legal, or building security reasons. A lot of others complained about the elevators, and although one was constantly down, we never had any problems. The parking deck is very tight as others have mentioned. Our Yukon was fine but anything bigger could def be an issue. We parked it and Uber’d when we got out simply because we didn’t want to navigate the deck. The condo is within walking distance of shops and several restaurants. We were very happy with this spot. A little ways down the beach was sooooooo crowded and while our beach was ‘peoply’ it was not body to body packed. The sea grass was pretty bad but cleared on our last day leaving the most beautiful water!! Def a great getaway!!! If you are on the fence about it….just go!!!! ##### Bridgette M. The view from the 16th floor condo was fantastic. Our family really enjoyed the spacious balcony. We were very close to Pier Park which was nice. It was a nice touch to have use of two blue rental beach chairs. There was a foldable wagon inside the unit which was nice for transporting items and groceries. The units do not have luggage carts. The ice maker makes plenty of ice. A friendly recommendation for the owners would be to add a large frying pan. There is only a small and medium size frying pan. When cooking for more than 2-3 people, it was not efficient. Renters, be sure to purchase cooking spray. If bringing two vehicles, know you can only park one vehicle in the garage. The covered parking was a plus. The second vehicle will have to be parked across the street. We liked this condo and rental company and would recommend it to others. ##### Richard C. Overall, it was well-maintained and clean. Large fluffy towels. Perfect size coffee mugs. Never had more than a minute delay for an elevator. A folding cart was in the laundry room which was helpful to carry items to the car when we left. I couldn’t figure out why the master bed had to be so high, though. I’m 5’6” and it was above waist high. Thankfully, there was a small step stool in the closet, and I had to use it! Lol. The parking was a little tight, but it got easier every day. I spoke with Greta’s Beach Rental several times upon arrival, and they were very nice and helpful. I would rent this unit again, for sure! ##### Donna L. It was decorated so attractively that we came home and tried to find some of the decor on Amazon to get for our own home. (We couldn't). The furnishings were very lush and looked like no expense was spared. The balcony also was furnished so nicely.. There was plenty of comfortable seating and the view was breathtaking. The condo had everything we needed. It was also close to the best restaurants, shopping and attractions and the beach was just a few steps away from the building. Everything was so clean and fresh and well maintained. We took our daughters and 5 year-old granddaughter on the Pirate Cruise and it was amazing. We had the best time. Our granddaughter will never quit talking about it. We also did the Hidden Lagoon mini golf and go carts. We also did some shopping at Alvins Island, which had some cool stuff and some of the other souvenir shops. Pier Park was also alot of fun. We wanted to go to Gulf World, but ran out of time. Our favorite restaurants were Sharkey's, Hooked Pier Bar and Grill and Schooners. Dirty Dicks was also good. We will definitely be staying there again. Can't wait to go back! ##### Jeanne W.
