Welcome to our newly renovated beach bungalow for your vacation. You'll have easy parking right at the door, no hassle with elevators, and we even have multiple parking spaces available. This spacious three-bedroom, two-bathroom unit can accommodate up to eight guests with two king beds, twin bunks, and a pull-out couch. Enjoy the smart TVs in each room and a 55-inch TV in the living room. Conveniently located just a three-minute walk to the beach and less than three miles from Pier Park. Restaurants and bars are within walking distance. You can also relax in the backyard with the electric grill and bring your furry friends along as we have a large fenced yard. We provide beach essentials like a cart, chairs, umbrella, and even hair dryers. Join us for a fantastic beach vacation and unforgettable moments in the beautiful emerald-green water and stunning sunsets. Must be 25 and over to book. The person booking must be present if the other guests are under the required age. You must mark yes if you're bringing your pet $150 non-refundable pet deposit will be charged to you. INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL Emerald Beach Rentals provides a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash.
