Free seasonal beach chair service! March through October Free wi-fi Watercrest Condomium has recently been completely renovated. Every window has been replaced, concrete and stucco repaired, new paint and resurfaced walkways and balconies. It is the newest and brightest complex on the beach. We as owners along with our HOA have spent 4.3 million dollars on this renovation. Come stay at the newest resort complex on the beach!!! Our unit has been recently renovated. Reserved beach chairs/umbrella included in price!!! We're located on the quiet family end of the beach. However, restaurants and shopping (Pier Park) are just minutes away. Our unit has been completely remodeled. New stainless steel Frigidaire Gallery appliances, custom cabinets and vanities, granite throughout, new walk in shower and bathrooms with brushed nickel Moen faucets, Whirlpool Duet front load washer and dryer. Three flatscreen Samsung LED TV's ranging from 48" to 55" all with HD service and Xfinity DVR service, Netflix and Prime Video.. High speed WiFi. New porcelain tile plank flooring. I could go on and on about whats new, only the original drywall remained and not even all of that. Walls were knocked down to open the living space. The view is spectacular from the 16th floor end unit 2 bedroom 2 bath 1400 sq feet with 740 square foot wrap around balcony. King master, 2 Queens in guest room and a sleeper sofa so we sleep 8\. Sunsets are amazing and dolphins are seen daily. On site amenities include a heated pool, hot tub, kiddie pool, tennis, shuffleboard, Pickle Ball courts, Bocci Ball Court, and indoor racquetball court. 2 reserved beach chairs are included!!!!! No long waits for the elevators, higher floors have dedicated elevators. You will absolutely not be disappointed with your stay.all the outdoor furnishings are new. You will find it well maintained and very clean. Please come and experience this beautiful stretch of sugar white sand beaches, abundant entertainment, and friendly southern hospitality. Of course the beach is the main attraction but the pool complex with large pool, heated in cooler weather, kiddie pool and hot tub, are a cut above also with The Tiki Bar poolside at serving your favorite frozen cocktails along with snacks and light lunch entries. Everything you need for an amazing day at the beach! There are 27 miles of beach in this Northwest Florida paradise and Watercrest is one of the most beautiful well maintained condos in the area. We love this East end of the beach because the traffic is so much lighter than in other areas. Also, parking is easy at Watercrest and the elevators are fast. You will also have the opportunity to enjoy the on site amenities such as tennis and shuffleboard courts and pickle ball courts, heated pool cooler weather, hot tub, kiddie pool, indoor racket ball court and exercise room. Attraction Information: There are multiple vendors on he beach to assist you with jet ski, pontoon, kayak or boat rentals. You can also go parasailing or tubing or pick a dive boat or select to go on a snorkeling expedition. If you tire of the beach you can chose to play a round of miniature golf with the family before you ride the go-carts, spend some time in an arcade or go shopping or site seeing. It's all right here and much more. The marina is only a couple miles away where you can charter a deep sea fishing trip, Sunset Cruise, Pirate Cruise ( family favorite) or Shell Island Cruise, Dolphin Watching Excursion, or rent a pontoon boat and do your own exploring! There are several wonderful dining options at the Marina where you can watch the sunset as the boats come into dock. Pier Park is a 10 minute drive away and is a shopping, dining, and entertainment mecca. You can also go pier fishing and catch a free concert on the lawn. Dave and Buster's is at Pier Park and a large movie cinema among many other entertainment choices such as amusement rides, mazes, and laser tag. Panama City has ZooWorld, Shipwreck Island Water Park, Gulf World Marine Park, Wonderworks, Ripley's Believe It or to mention a few. For a wonderful day trip, St. Andrews State Park is located on the Gulf and is a perfect day trip about five minutes away by car. There are several entertainment establishments that feature Go Carts, Bumper Boats, Arcades, and Miniature Golf. Any golf enthusiast will be elated to spend the day at one of several beautiful golf courses within minutes of the condo. The weather was less than great the week we were there. But the condo was so comfortable that we didn’t mind staying inside part of the time. We had a great time playing games with our kids. The patio was amazing beds were great and it wa soo clean! Whoever cleans for them needs a pay raise! Lol I’ve stayed at many Vrbo’s. It was by far the cleanest. The 180 degree wraparound balcony with views of both the ocean and city is what makes this a unique and amazing place to stay! This is on the quieter end of the beach so perfect for families that want to avoid all the large crowds and partying. It is on the 16th floor but we never waited more than a minute for the elevator. Check-in was easy - we did have the wrong code for the door but we called and they got it all worked out in a jiffy. The place was very clean, well-maintained, with nice modern decor. The only issue we had is the TV in the master bedroom didn’t work. I notified the host and it wasn’t resolved during our stay but hopefully it was fixed afterward. It wasn’t a big deal to us, but if it is to you, you may want to inquire before booking. Lots to do and eat in the area - most of it isn’t exactly walking distance, but only a very short drive. We LOVED Gypsea Crepes and stopped there every day! Parking was free and there were always open spots. The beach is amazing- soft white sand, lots of shells. There’s a little tiki bar by the heated pool, a little on the pricy side but the workers were very friendly. The host was very responsive. Overall, I would highly recommend! ##### Christine K. The location is great, right on the beach, and a short drive away from many local attractions. The views from the balcony were amazing. There was plenty of space for our group of 4\. Groups of 8 may not feel the same, as the common area might get a little cozy, but for us it was perfect. The beds are really comfortable. The pool and hot tub were awesome to relax in/by. The security guard patrolling the area was very friendly and not overly enforcing all of the rules that were written (she still wanted people to have a good time while not getting too out of hand). The ice maker in the freezer is not fast enough to keep up, so keep that in mind. There were also only 4 rolls of toilet paper for our entire stay, so you will have to purchase extras. The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook (there are even some spare spices in the cupboard). Overall this place was great and we'd definitely stay here again! ##### Jesse B. It’s immaculately cared for, decorated beautifully and everything it says it is and more! Everything in the unit is new and fresh! The beds are very comfortable. We slept six people and were very comfortable and had plenty of room. The kitchen is well stocked. We cooked several meals and had everything we needed for all meals. The balcony is such a nice place for coffee in the morning and a glass of wine at night. Excellent access to elevators. Access to the beach and pool were easy. The Watercrest property is very clean and everyone is very nice. The pool area is clean and well kept. The pool is chilled which was nice. Security was always on site and visible. The unit comes with a set of beach chairs we used daily. We rented additional chairs. Note when you rent chairs, try to get on the right side, away from the public beach access side. Unfortunately the management of the beach set up does not enforce their rule of no one setting up in front of the rental chairs. We had people set up in front of us every day, they did not have wrist bands and when we asked the rental person to ask them to move he said he can’t do anything about it unless they set up a tent. It wasn’t a day killer, but disappointing to pay to rent a chair and have people sit in front of you. Fabulous trip and would definitely recommend you taking advantage of this beautiful condo! ##### Debbie K. We cooked dinner once while we were there and found the kitchen to be fully stocked. The included concierge beach chairs and umbrellas were a huge bonus each day! We spotted dolphins and rays from the balcony while enjoying coffee in the mornings. Very clean and the use of the washer/ dryer was a plus. Being able to walk to Schooners for lunch, or come up quickly from the beach to restock cooler made for a super easy lunch transition. Our family enjoyed the refreshing pool And hot tub area as well. Pool, beach, chair service and Tiki bar was all great and the building was well maintained. Location was perfect for us, close to St. Andrew's state park and the marinas. Amazing views and plenty if room for family and friends. The only disappointment was that customer service was terrible. The wrap around balcony was amazing. You have a view of the beach from everywhere! The property also has a tiki bar for when you're chillin at the beach or pool.
