Our condo is a 4 bedroom 3 bath beach residence that sleeps up to 8 comfortably. All the rooms and the living area are quite large. You’ll find the balcony to be quite large as well with plenty of seating for the whole family to enjoy incredible views of the world’s most beautiful beaches. We like to bring our binoculars along when we come so that we can enjoy our morning coffee while we watch the dolphins playing in the gulf. Sometimes it seems like there close enough to touch. Our condo is decorated with a fun beach theme that’s very comfortable. We wanted to make it a family fun beach condo. We also wanted to make this a home away from home, for us and our guests. The parking spot number 21 is on your left. It's just a short walk to the elevators. From there one of the 3 elevators will take you all the way to the 20th floor where the unit is located! More about Ocean Reef Ocean Reef, built in 2008, is in a great location and close to everything. It is located on the west end of Panama City Beach and only 1 mile from the new Pier Park mall: 150 stores, 20 restaurants and a 16 megaplex movie theater. Across the street is miniature golf and go-cart track. Gulf World is just a short distance down the road along with many other entertainment and dining choices. The newest beach-front restaurant, Runaway Island, is a 5-minute walk away! The souvenir shop is also directly across the street. Ocean Reef has unobstructed east and west panoramic views of the gorgeous white sand beaches and glistening emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Relax by one of the two pools. Ocean Reef has one outdoor and one heated indoor pool for your pleasure. It also has an outdoor hot tub an indoor saunas and steam room. Exercise in the sixth floor fitness room that overlooks the Gulf of Mexico. Better yet lie on the sugary white sand beach and tan yourself. Ocean Reef offers it all. Washer and dryer located in the room.3 elevators and they were very quick, never a long wait.Communication was superb and responsed very quick.Location was wonderful, donut place across the street, that also serves breakfast sandwiches and pizza bagels. Easy access to restaurants and activities for the kids. Large gap from this condo from others which helped the beach not be so crowded. The 2 queen rooms seemed to be much smaller than anticipated. Some inconveniences being that the pull out couch was broken upon arrival and the broom was child sized which made it very difficult to keep the room clean throughout the week. I would have given it 5 stars, but the stove cooktop was cracked and I'm pretty sure that's a safety hazard. I was not bothered by the slow elevators, 2/3 worked. The condo had not been cleaned well, the floors and baseboards were dirty. We were traveling with children ages 5 - 13 and they noticed immediately. The rugs were very bad; old and dirty. The beds were very noisy to get on or move around on making it hard when sharing a bed with spouse or sibling! We cleaned a lot upon arrival with vacuum, it was very sad, and several Clorox wipes. No mop was available. The front master bathroom wall was dirty, I actually washed the wall. This could be a great rental if it was cleaned well. It was unlike most all other VRBO rentals we have encountered. I feel that our cleaning fee should be returned since it was that bad. ##### Patsy C. The beds had hair and dirt in them, so we had to wash all of the bedding the day we got there. The floors weren’t swept. It was literally like they used bleach on the counter top in the kitchen and left. We were very disappointed because of the lack of cleaning that was done, even though we were required to pay a “cleaning fee”. We paid the fee and had to do the cleaning ourselves. I do have photos of the filth, but I’m not able to upload here. We did not contact the property manager over this, so I’m not sure how they would have handled it. Once the unit was cleaned, we did enjoy our stay. The property was nice, the unit was decorated nicely, great location, and great views. ##### Brandy M. Apr 8, 2024 #### Spring Break Vacation Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was awesome on the inside! Very spacious! The views were beautiful. When we arrived on Saturday someone from maintenance came and said that the cleaning crew sent in a message that there was something wrong with the washing machine. The guy that came was very nice, looked at it and said he wasn’t sure what was wrong but someone should be by on Monday to look at it. I called about 6 times to find out when the washer would be fixed and got the same answer each time, I will reach out to maintenance and when I hear from them I will call you back. That did not happen until Thursday late afternoon! Someone did come and work on the washer on Friday! We were leaving Saturday morning. We always stay at a place that has a washer and dryer for the purpose of washing clothes and towels throughout the week. I even asked for towels on one of my calls since we were not able to wash any and was told that she would see about getting us more towels, never happened. Needless to say, we will not be staying here again. That might not sound like a good reason to some, but when you pay the amount of money we did to stay somewhere, if you call to check on something, it should be taken care of in a timely manner, not 5 days later! Also, I have never stayed at a condo that didn’t have a iron or ironing board! ##### Kennetha F.
