Enjoy unobstructed gulf views from one of the multiple balconies or while taking a dip in the private pool. This residence can accommodate 16 guests offering 6 bedrooms (including 2 bunk rooms) and 5 full bathrooms with 2 additional half bathrooms. This home welcomes you with stunning white, shiplap walls and warm wood flooring - designed to allow for natural light to fill the space. The back of the home has sliding glass doors on each floor, which provides unobstructed views of the beautiful sandy beaches and one-of-a-kind sunsets. The first floor offers a king guest bedroom with access to the backyard, which has a private pool overlooking the beach, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and dual vanity sinks. There is a spacious living room with comfortable seating that is great for relaxing after a day on the beach. The laundry room and a half bathroom is also located on the first floor for convenience. The second floor is where the heart of the home is, the grand kitchen. The kitchen space of this home is a chef's dream featuring stainless steel appliances including a Sub-Zero refrigerator and Wolf range. There is a wet bar with a separate beverage refrigerator and ample storage space. The dining space is positioned to see outstanding sunrises and sunsets while enjoying your favorite meal. There is a guest bedroom on this floor with a king sized bed and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and tub, and dual vanity sink. There is also a half bathroom for convenience. The master retreat is located on the third floor and is a luxurious space you will never want to leave. Enjoy gulf views from the plush king sized bed or step out onto the private balcony to feel the cool, ocean breeze. The ensuite bathroom features a soaking tub, walk-in shower, and separate vanities. Reservation/Booking Policy \- Minimum Age: All properties require a minimum of one adult over the age of 26 be staying at the property throughout the rental term. \- A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking. \- Except for a $250 Cancellation Fee, deposits are fully refundable if cancellations are given 60 days prior to the arrival date. \- Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to the arrival date. \- Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. \- Cleaning: Reservations made for more than 12 nights require a full clean during your stay. This will be added onto your total when checking out. The views made it feel like we were always out on the beach even if we were inside making lunch. It was perfect with little kids, as we were able to access the beach right at our door step. The private beach was a luxury with perfect clear waters in front of us. We will definitely stay here again! The day we checked in we noticed the dishwasher door wouldn’t shut. We called maintenance who came out Sunday and determined they couldn’t fix it and it needed an appliance person to come out. Next day we called again and were told they had called someone. I was also advised that refrigerators were a more important problem due to food spoilage. I guess that knocked us down a notch. They never showed the entire week and the offset was they brought us paper plates, styrofoam cups and plasticware. I emailed my disappointment on Friday as the week was ending. So far nothing until I got this request for a review. When you spend the amount of money for a week you really don’t want to eat off paper plates the entire time or spend time hand washing dishes. ##### john m. It is stunning with beautiful water views. It is a short bike ride and walk to the little center with many restaurants and shops. This year we did a bonfire on the beach. I would highly recommend it just schedule ahead of time. Next year we plan on doing a day excursion, either swimming with the dolphins or snorkeling. The Dune vacation staff is very helpful answering questions. I would definitely recommend this property! ##### kathleen l. Communication with house manager was good. Cleanliness of the house at check in was NOT satisfactory. For the price, it should be spotless, including underneath furniture, corners and edges of floors. The glass showers were water spotted and bedding on one of the beds had some stains. There were dirty socks behind the sofa and jelly beans underneath, and one of the bedrooms had a fingernail on the floor. Also, the dishwasher did a terrible job. Pool was not heated when we arrived and a technician had to come out to fix it before we could use the pool. I would recommend this house for large families IF it was cleaned as it should have been upon arrival. ##### Kathy G. The house is gorgeous, and the furnishings are, too. The best part is the easy access to the private beach, especially during busy times when beach space is at a premium.
