This beautiful gulf-front home (built in 2015) is perfect for friends and families (and dog lovers), who want to get away and relax in the quiet, perfect and peaceful area of Cape San Blas. Located in the coveted northern end of the cape, you will wake up every morning just steps away from one of the most beautiful, white sand beaches on the planet. Serendipity Sunsets is a sister location to 4Sunsets (VRBO listing 562575), located just two miles up the beach. Please see our more than 50 5-star reviews. Enjoy your morning coffee (Keurig and regular) or late afternoon beverage from our gulf-front deck, complete with screened-in porch, breakfast bar, and latching deck gate (to keep little ones and dogs from roaming down to the beach without you). A great beach house has to have a spacious living area, and we created one with spectacular views from all around, not to mention plenty of room to hang out, play games, dine in, or just relax and watch a good movie. It has a beautiful fireplace, big screen smart TV, bluetooth sound bar speaker, and dining room table for 6 with additional seating for four more at the kitchen counter. The kitchen is a chef’s dream, equipped with brand new (April 2023) stainless steel appliances (the dishwasher is super quiet), an island for extra counter space, and everything you’ll need for cooks of every level. The grill master in your family will appreciate the Weber grill (connected to our propane tank so you never have to worry about running out of gas), outdoor grilling area, and dining table that seats six so you have plenty of places to eat and enjoy. Serendipity Sunsets comfortably sleeps up to 8-9 vacationers with top-quality mattresses to help ensure you wake up rested and ready to enjoy the day. We have three bedrooms, each one special and spacious in its own way. The master suite known as “Meadow” yes, we name our bedrooms) has a king size bed, spa-quality shower, and a stunning view that won’t disappoint. Our second king-sized bedroom ("Regatta") also has its own private bathroom and television. The kids’ suite, “Eagle Harbor,” is the kid and family friendly bedroom with a twin over full bunk bed and also 2 Cordaroy Bean Bag Chairs (cordaroys.com) -- bean bag chairs convert into full-size foam beds. 'Eagle Harbor' bedroom has been tested and approved by our kids so it’s sure to be a hit with yours. Wall-mounted smart TV! Two more, fully-enclosed outside showers for those who like to be one with nature after a run, bike or time on the beach. We have a tankless water heater to conserve energy and provide plenty of hot water. Serendipity Sunsets has deeded bay access so you can enjoy swimming, boating, and fishing in St. Joe's Bay, as well as, the Gulf of Mexico. Our first time on the cape and it won’t be our last. This property is in a great location with amazing views and the sunsets are breathtaking. Also just a few minute drive to the park, which I highly suggest visiting. We rented a boat and rode out to the point of the cape, we seen dozens of dolphins and some sea turtles. Allisa was a joy to work with and made sure our stay was a pleasant one. It's brand new, immaculate, and had everything we needed for one of the most enjoyable vacations we've ever had. Enjoyed a quiet January stay at Cape Breezes reading my book, and enjoying long walks on the beach. Communication with the owner was easy, and I can’t say enough about this house. The location on the cape is my preferred end down towards the state park. Home was fully stocked allowing for easy cooking at home. Sheets and linens are all high quality, and beds and furnishings all very comfortable. I would book again here in an instant if available. ##### Tracey L. Clean, comfortable. The only suggestion I would make is to leave at least 1 roll of toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels. After a long drive to a new place it was disconcerting to arrive to find no paper products at all. We thought that maybe housekeeping forgot. Also, the box springs on the beds were very noisy. Feb 25, 2018 #### Snowy sand and beautiful views Wow! CSB is stunning with snowy white beaches, colorful clear water, and dog friendly too. Alissa was fabulous to work with, accommodating and responsive. We fell in love with the house. It is new, clean and nicely decorated without all the decorative knickknack that interferes with storing your own vacation stuff. The open floor plan really allows you to take in the wonderful views. Some of the things we loved most were the captain chairs on the deck with the built-in railing tabletop. Great place to enjoy the views with morning coffee or an evening cocktail as well as watching for frolicking dolphins. The kids loved the outside showers, which I loved because they helped minimize sand in the house. My husband loved the covered outside grill area with table and chairs. The elevator made move in and out much easier!!! For us the house “comfortably” sleeps 7 adults maybe 8 or 9 people with small children. We would definitely rent again and hope to come back soon. The layout of the house was great and spacious. The kids loved having their bedroom set in the back corner with those big beanbags to hangout on. The kitchen had just about everything we needed to make a few meals at home and there was a plethora of dishes to use. Having those two outdoor showers with both hot&cold water was a bonus. Our 9YO son insisted on having his post-beach shower in one each day. The only two downsides was how squeaky the master king bed was (just sitting on the bed made a huge squeak 😆 - it made for some good laughs) and some of the sofa throw pillows still had pet hair from prior guests. We have a minimal shedding mixed breed so experiencing pet hair from another dog is annoying. Overall, we left with wonderful memories we will cherish with our kids and my parents. ##### candace p. Aug 23, 2022 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Best yet Cape San Blas rental This is our third time staying on the Cape, but the best by far even if the weather wasn't as cooperative as we wanted! The house had the perfect setup/layout for my family of 7, and I loved having the use of the elevator as we hauled everything needed from north Alabama for our two sons and their families who had to fly in to Panama City. The kitchen was the best, being spacious enough to hold all of us at once as we prepped meals. It was well outfitted with most of what I needed. The owner responded promptly to our questions, and when we noticed items needing repair, etc. she welcomed our input gladly. This part of the Cape has nice, deep beaches, and even though there is construction of a new house going on next door, the foundation work they were doing wasn't loud. This house sits on a dead end, with only a couple of houses behind it and the one next door is not a rental, so it was very quiet. The only thing that might have made this even more perfect would be to have had a pool just like the one next door!😁. Thanks, Alissa! ##### Cynthia M.
