Every condo there has ocean views and lake views. It just outside of all the tourist chaos but close enough for a 10 min drive to pier park if you want to venture out. It had everything we needed for a great vacation. Both the main bed and sleeper sofa were comfortable. It was always easy and pleasant to communicate with Oversee, the property management company. If you are looking for a very low key, uncrowded area , this is not it! There are more condos then space on the beach. The views were phenomenal. The sound of the water was soothing and the air was refreshing. The unit we chose was clean, comfortable and just our taste level. It was simple, in good taste. The kitchen was well equipped with All Clad pots and pans and they provided every kitchen accessory that we needed. The king size bed was extremely comfortable and pullout sofa upstairs was comfortable, as well. We plan to go back for a week next time because it was so hard to leave.
