Welcome to Majestic Beach Tower 1 Unit 304!
This 3 bedroom, 2 bath direct oceanfront condo sleeps 8 and is conveniently located on the 3rd floor. This is the same floor as the parking garage/unloading area so no need to wait for elevators when checking in or unloading groceries. The resort is located in central Panama City Beach which is one of the most desirable locations and is close to everything from local attractions, grocery stores and restaurants.
Majestic Beach Tower is family friendly and has something for everyone!

*This is a self catering property but we do provide starter items for our guest: 2 rolls toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll paper towels, several garbage bags, travel size shampoo, conditioner, bar soap, 2 dish tabs and sponge, 2 flings, 2 dryer sheets, Liquid dish soap and hand soap. We also keep several spices and oils in the cabinet including salt and pepper for our guest to use.

*Highchair, Pack-n-Play and booster seat available for use during stay

*Chair rentals behind Majestic is provided by Goin' to the Beach and reservations can be made on the Beachy App.

**Parking:
Beginning January 1, 2024, Majestic guest will register their vehicle(s) through the registration system, GuestSVCS, prior to arrival.
A license plate reader will be located at the entrance of the parking garage that will read the plates of the incoming vehicles and raise the gate arm for the registered vehicles.

After booking, you will receive an email from GuestSVCS providing a link where you will register your vehicle(s) and pay for parking directly through the service.
Should you have any changes before your arrival (add/remove vehicles), you will be able to update your information using the link provided up until the day and time of check-in.
Parking cost: $40 per vehicle *2 vehicle max

Family Spring Break Trip

Amazing stay!!!! Condo was beautifully decorated and clean. View and tall chairs on the balcony were awesome!! Resort was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the amenities such as Starbucks and the H20 restaurant for snacks and drinks. Staff at the resort were friendly and helpful. Owner was great to work with. We would definitely stay again next time we are in PCB!!!!

I was happy with the location. Parking was a bit tricky. Tight parking garage. Friendly staff. The condo was clean. Had to wash towels because we were only given a small amount. But very happy overall. Loved being on the 3rd floor. We would definitely stay here again.

Beach and Baseball

Our family of four was in town for a tournament and this unit had everything we needed and more. The owners were very responsive and we were impressed with all the extras they left for our use including fans, beach toys, beach chairs, beach towels, sand toys, games, starter cleaning products for the bathroom, laundry and kitchen, hair dryer, hair curler, and more. The unit was clean, updated and we would definitely stay here again.

Love this condo

Highly recommend this condo. It was spotless and we loved all the extras provided in the condo especially the closet with all the chairs, wagon, and beach toys. Not having to pack all that was a huge plus for us. We also loved all the pools, snack bars, and the great fitness center on this property.

This place was everything!

Beautiful condo! Our favorite part hands down was the closet with all the beach items needed! It was so nice not having to travel with beach chairs/wagon/beach toys. They even had a basket of beach towels. By far my favorite condo EVER!

I knew from the start I wouldn't regret booking this room. Kristy was very prompt in responding to my messages and very friendly. The condo has more than enough room to accommodate everyone and was fully stocked with what is needed for a vacation. This was my first time to visit PCB and the location was perfect. Amazing property and the owners have thought of everything!

We were impressed with the descriptions and pictures in the listing and were even more so once we arrived at the condo! It was immaculate and beautiful, with everything g listed and shown in the pictures and so much more! Things to do on the beach for the family and the adults! Everything needed to cook for the family! Linens, towels and basic cleaning items were found throughout and were all in good order! We would definitely stay at this location again, and give kudos to Kristy for an amazing job on an awesome property! She was also very responsive before, during and after our stay!

First time in PCB

We had a fantastic vacation in PCB. This was our first time visiting PCB, as well as first time using VRBO. We could not have been happier with this condo. Beautiful Oceanfront Escape

This property was beautifully updated, and convenient to everything Majestic Towers offers! Kristy was wonderful to deal with and accommodated our early arrival! The unit had everything we needed for relaxing days on the beach, and nights entertaining the 3 other couples we traveled with! Beautiful Condo!

My family and I loved our stay here! The place was very clean, check in was a breeze, it is well stocked for cooking, it has a closet full of beach stuff (chairs, toys, wagon) includes beach towels, and the beds are super comfortable! It is walking distance to stores and restaurants. It was very quiet at night, even on New Years Eve! The views are amazing, watching sunsets over the gulf from the balcony is one of my favorite things to do here. We were all very sad to leave, and we're looking forward to coming back. We will definitely stay here again!

We have stayed many places in PCB over the years. But this was by far our favorite condo. Great location! Super convenient to be on the 3rd floor. Very clean and well kept. Everything was updated and it felt like home! The beach closet was great - we didn’t need to fill the car with beach stuff bc they had it all there waiting for us! We will be back!

The perfect home away from home

The condo was even better than the listing, if possible. Perfect location (same floor as parking- no elevators!) and beside the elevators (for pool/beach access) but only 3rd floor so also low enough to take the stairs. It was fully updated and SO well stocked. There wasn’t a single thing we needed that we didn’t have- down to a tea kettle for the stove, beach games for the older kids, multiple first aid kits, super cute and new-looking beach towels, blankets if you got chilly while sitting on the couch, ceiling fans in the bedrooms AND box fans as well. Furniture and beds were comfortable, TVs in every room, beach balcony was spacious and well-appointed, I could go on and on. We will absolutely stay here again!

MAYBE THE BEST CONDO

This is a great condo. It was clean. It was well stocked. It was well decorated. It has possibly the best location in the building since it is on the 3rd floor and so is the parking lot crosswalk. The check in process was easy. The hosts were very quick to respond to questions. We plan to stay here again. Maybe the best condo we have ever stayed in. 5 STARS.
