The responsible renter (person booking the home) must provide his/her qualifying photo I.D. at the time of reservation to obtain this discount. (Holidays are excluded & this discount cannot be combined with any other discount). PRIVATE HEATED POOL ONE DOG CONSIDERED. One dog under 40 pounds considered. Newly built in May 2021, this fabulous CARIBBEAN RETREAT, located on the quieter West end of Panama City Beach, Florida has everything you could possibly want! Entering the front door you are greeted with Caribbean vibes as surfboards provide much needed information. The living area, dining and kitchen are all open to one another for great family gatherings. The French doors lead out to the back porch and fabulous pool (pool heat in cooler weather is optional- contact property manager for price, ) with space and seating for the whole family. In the living area the large comfortable U-shaped sectional provides seating for everyone to enjoy the 75 inch Smart TV after a fun day on the beach. The table seats 8 and the breakfast bar seats 4\. Three spacious bedrooms comfortably sleep 10 in beds (no having to open and close a sleeper). The master features a relaxing King bed, Smart TV, view of the pool and private bath with shower. The front bedroom offers a Queen bed, Smart TV and shares a bath with the third bedroom. There are two bunks with twins over fulls in the middle bedroom, perfect for the kids to have their own movie nights with a Smart TV. All this and the perfect location as you are just a short walk from several Public Beach Accesses including Sunnyside Beach. Shopping at Pier Park is only a short 5 miles East and the shoppes and restaurants of 30A are only a few miles West. Camp Helen State Park which offers kayaking and dune lake fishing is nearby. Beach chairs and beach towels are provided for guests' use. Swimming Pool heat is available for an additional charge of $45 per day. Pool heat must be active for entire reservation. Located within walking distance to Sunnyside Grill, where you can enjoy local breakfast and lunch fair. Also within walking distance of the Reef Bar at Beachside Resort for that relaxing cocktail as you watch the amazing sunsets. Winn Dixie, Publix (grocery delivery available), and CVS are just a few blocks down Front Beach Road for any items you might need. You must be 21 years of age or older. All renters 21-24 are required to have two primary (responsible) tenants. Responsible renter(s) must be an occupant. All renters under 25 are required to pay an additional $1,000.00 cash deposit due prior to check-in. Any violator will be evicted without refund. All rentals are required to sign our short-term vacation rental contract that will be sent to you for electronic signature to confirm your booking. We also require names and ages of all guests with copies of photo IDs for all guests over 17 years of age. \*NO SMOKING of any type permitted on this property. Parking is available for up to 3 vehicles in the driveway and parking pad. Parking is not allowed in the garage. This property allows one small (under 40 pounds) dog per booking with payment of $100 non refundable pet fee and Pet Addendum signed by responsible renter. So neat and clean and spacious. The backyard is amazing! It is stocked with everything you need! Lots of floats, sand toys, beach chairs and nice big beach towels. It is under 5 minute walk to the beach with a boardwalk all the way out to the beach. I was amazed at how friendly and helpful they were with any questions. While we were there they responded immediately to our calls. I would highly highly recommend this property to anyone. The pool was perfect for having a 15 month old she could play on the deck in the pool. The pool was great for the rest of us as well. Honestly it was better than I expected and closer to the beach than I expected. There were games in the garage to take to the beach and sand toys with a nice wagon to load it in. We were able to get 6 chairs 2 umbrellas and towels and a few bags in the wagon. We thought about renting a golf cart but when we got there and we were so close to the beach the wagon worked better for us. The master suite was huge and a very nice big master bath. The master closet was so big we also put a pack-n-play in the closet and was perfect for the baby to have her own space. The living and kitchen were spacious as well. The location was close to many great restaurants and shopping. I am so glad we found this property after much searching it was perfect for our family ##### Darlene L. The house was pristine we had trouble with the pool heater the owner was proactive in letting us know about the issue before we arrived it was supposed to be fixed about midweek but the pool was still pretty chilly our whole stay so I don't know if it was fixed properly also it would help is this pool was screened in to keep the leaves out if it but other than that the place was great would definitely stay here again and would recommend others to as well we had a great time! ##### Jarrod B. The kids loved the pool. We really liked the location of this home to great amenities in and around Panama City Beach. Everything was as advertised and pictured. The house was immaculately clean, something that was incredibly important to us, given the recent rise in covid cases. The pool was absolutely perfect for my small children (ages 3 and 2). The place was incredibly comfortable and the street was quiet with a very short walk to the beach. Clean and good layout for our stay. We just had our son with us so very roomy for 2 adults and 1 child. This house could easily fit two families up to 4 kids- the bunk bed room was super cute. Marilyn was very responsive and helpful for any questions we had. The beach access is a short walk and there is a convenient wagon for the beach. The pool is a good size and there are plenty of chairs etc. We would def stay here again and would recommend the property. ##### Zuning L. The pool saved our lives bc the kids stayed in it and did not bother us lol .. Beach day was a hit !!! The house has complimentary items that can be used such as coolers , beach towels , chairs and beach toys for the kiddos .. It rained one day so we chilled in the amazing living room and played uno.. My family still talks about this house and how nice it was !!! Contact with the host prior to check in was a breeze !! I can go on and on about this house ..
