Costa del Este is a neighborhood located in the eastern part of Panama City, the capital city of Panama. It is a relatively new and modern neighborhood, known for its luxurious high-rise buildings, beautiful beaches, and modern infrastructure.  
  
The neighborhood is home to a range of residential and commercial buildings, including shopping malls, office buildings, and hotels. Also home of several international companies operating in Panama City.   
  
Costa del Este is also known for its modern infrastructure, with wide, tree-lined avenues, parks, and green spaces. The streets are clean and well-maintained, and the neighborhood is safe and secure, making it a popular destination for families and couples.  
  
Located directly across from the mall Town Center and Pacifica Salud hospital, you'll have easy access to shopping, dining, and medical services.   
  
Costa del Este also has a coast line with a walking trail perfect for jogging, running or cycling, several gyms are near the apartment, and you can have lots of physical activity during your stay.   
  
A modern apartment with 3 rooms and 5 bathrooms, featuring an industrial interior design with a sleek and minimalist aesthetic, with a focus on raw materials and exposed architectural elements. There's also an additional 4th bedroom with a full bathroom for service staff.  
  
The living room have an open floor plan, with a large sectional sofa and a coffee table with decorative accents and exclusive art pieces.  
  
The kitchen feature stainless steel appliances, concrete countertops, and a large island with bar seating.   
  
The penthouse has 3 rooms, each decorated separately.

The terrace is the perfect place for a BBQ afternoon or simply enjoy the breeze. It has a table and seats to enjoy alone or with others.   
  
There are 3 private parking spaces located on the 1st floor, side-by-side.   
  
There are several ways to reach Costa del Este depending on your location and preferred mode of transportation. Here are some options:  
  
By air: The nearest international airport to Costa del Este is Tocumen International Airport (PTY), which is located about 22 kilometers (14 miles) away from the town. You can take a taxi or hire a car from the airport to reach Costa del Este.   
  
By car: If you are driving from Panama City, you can take the Corredor Sur highway to reach Costa del Este. The journey takes about 20-30 minutes depending on traffic. You can also hire a car from the city or take a taxi.  
  
By bus: There are several buses that operate from Panama City to Costa del Este. You can take the Transístmica or Via España buses to reach the town. The journey takes about 45 minutes to an hour depending on traffic. You can also take a taxi or hire a car from the bus station.  
  
By private transfer: If you prefer a more comfortable and hassle-free journey, you can book a private transfer from Panama City or Tocumen International Airport to Costa del Este. Several companies offer private transfers, and you can book them online or through a travel agent.  
  
Whichever mode of transportation you choose, make sure to plan your journey in advance and check the schedules and fares beforehand.  
  
Please note that there is a monthly electricity cap of $500\. Electricity in Panama is very expensive, and misuse significantly affects the sustainability of offering short-term rentals. If the electricity bill exceeds this amount, the difference will be charged to the guest, as it reflects excessive consumption.  
  
To help avoid extra charges, we kindly ask that you turn off air conditioners, appliances and lights when not in use, as well as having a mindfull use of big appliances as washer and dryer. Your cooperation helps us keep the property affordable and available for future guests. Thank you!
