The rooms were spacious, the view of the gulf was perfect! The resort amenities and ambience were wonderful, with instant access directly to the beach. Thankfully we had an extra bedroom and bathroom because closet space is very limited and bathrooms are small. Beds are comfortable but very loud if moving in your sleep. The parking space for the condo is on the 9th floor which is nice for not having to deal with the elevator but it is exhausting driving in and out of the parking garage because usually only one car can go around the corner at a time. I think you have about 18 corners to go around for the 9th floor. It’s nothing the property owner can fix, just the way the garage was built! Property owner was very quick to respond to our requests. We needed new batteries to be able to adjust the thermostat and they were there within an hour! Checked in the room, it wasn't clean which it wasn't the owners fault, owner went above and beyond to get the place cleaned while we went out for dinner and compensated for the inconvenience, would come back and rent out again. The most important thing was how easy it was to communicate with the owner & how quick their response time was. The condo had plenty of room plus some for our family of 7\.
