You will be centrally located on Thomas Drive to Panama City Beach's best restaurants and activities. Relax out on your covered patio in this ground-floor unit that is nicely decorated with beach decor. This unit offers a stunning view of the private lake, complete with a fountain. Just a quick walk around the corner is the pool area and private boat dock on the beautiful Grand Lagoon. The entrance to the Villa is on Joan Avenue. Hammerhead Fred's Oyster Bar is located across the street and Wendy's is on the edge of the property. There is a Mexican restaurant located in the shops at the complex and also a local winery. Other restaurants are within walking distance, and an amusement park is adjacent to the property. Best of all, you can park right outside the front door of your unit and you don't have to fight the high-rise condo crowds. You will be only a one-block walk to beach access and you have lighted tennis courts. There are barbecue grills near the pool area for family cookouts. The master bedroom features a queen-size bed and a TV with a remote. The sofa sleeper in the living room features a queen-size bed for two. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, place settings, a coffee maker, a blender, and a toaster. There is also a washer and dryer. My soon to be husband and I came to Panama City to get married coming from Indianapolis Indiana and had to reschedule everything. Rex the owner was very helpful since we were having unexpected things happen on our 12hour drive. Luckily the villa was still available and got to stay our 5 day stay as we were expecting. Condo was very nice and clean. Having the pool there also was very relaxing for night swimming. Thank you so much Rex Anderson for your hospitality and letting us stay on your property for our special day and visit Florida. Plan to come back soon already miss the Sunshine State. The location was perfect, the beach was a quick walk across the street. Good shopping, great Mexican restraurant across the parking lot. Cute view of the lake right off the patio. The place is older, the only thing that kept us from giving this 5 stars is the bed. The bed could be newer, my husband said that was the only thing he didn't like, I didn't have a problem with it. I don't expect all places to have state of the art beds, unless its a hotel. Don't let that discourage you, it's just our honest thought. We will go back to this place for sure. Very spacious. Great view of the man made pond. The only thing that could have been better is if the people above us wouldn’t have been so loud all night long, but nothing wrong with this rental.
