You will be centrally located on Thomas Drive to Panama City Beach's best restaurants and activities. Relax out on your covered patio in this ground-floor unit that is nicely decorated with beach decor. This unit offers a stunning view of the private lake, complete with a fountain. Just a quick walk around the corner is the pool area and private boat dock on the beautiful Grand Lagoon. The entrance to the Villa is on Joan Avenue. Hammerhead Fred's Oyster Bar is located across the street and Wendy's is on the edge of the property. There is a Mexican restaurant located in the shops at the complex and also a local winery. Other restaurants are within walking distance, and an amusement park is adjacent to the property. Best of all, you can park right outside the front door of your unit and you don't have to fight the high-rise condo crowds. You will be only a one-block walk to beach access and you have lighted tennis courts. There are barbecue grills near the pool area for family cookouts. The master bedroom features a queen-size bed and a TV with a remote. The sofa sleeper in the living room features a queen-size bed for two. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, place settings, a coffee maker, a blender, and a toaster. There is also a washer and dryer. Easy to get to and get in to. Clean but had to turn on the heat as it was so cold. Great location, especially liked the ground floor and lagoon right outside the back door- very peaceful. Complex has great pool & if you are a boater or fisherman they have wet slip dockage (1st come 1st serve) & room for boat trailer storage. Beach is short walk away. Location is not in the major hotel hubbub area but just a short drive away (unless spring break time). I like the low key area very much. ##### jennifer M. Pool was nice. The back patio was very comfortable to sit in the evening hours and enjoy the view of the pond. Property is convenient to the many beach activities. ##### William A.
