Additionally, there was no air flow in the apartment and we couldn’t get rid of the Lysol/cleaner fumes even with the balcony door open. Lastly, the restaurant next door started construction on a shared wall at 10:30pm at night and we had to explore the origin of the extreme noise after we had already been in bed… ##### Anna J.
