Island Paradise comfortably sleeps up to 6, two in the king sized main suite, two in the guest bedroom queen sized bed and two on the queen sized sofa sleeper in the great room. A 2-3 night minimum stay is required except for the Summer Season-Memorial Day through the First Weekend of August when there is 7 night minimum with check in on Saturday, check out the following Saturday. Minimum rental age is 25\. No Pets. No smoking or vaping inside the condo, please. This stunning 5th floor property has been remodeled top-to-bottom and it is impressive! Your open floor plan great room is beachfront with great views of the beach and the amazing Edgewater Pool Complex! Relax and enjoy the sound of the waves on your beautiful sofa and love seat. The queen sleeper sofa sleeps two and is oh so comfy. The big screen TV with Roky streaming is great for watching the big game or enjoying movie night by the sea. You'll love the complimentary LuxSpeed WiFi throughout the property. The kitchen has a beach view, too. It is well equipped, so you can prepare a gourmet meal or quick breakfast, lunch or a special snack. A full-sized refrigerator, range, dishwasher and microwave are included. Dishes, pots, pans, flatware, blender, coffee maker, and more! The dining room, which is also Gulf-front, seats 6 at the table and has more seating for 2 at the bar. Step out the sliding glass doors onto your balcony from the living room and the dining room, the views are endless! This makes it inviting to eat in or sit and play board games or cards. Enjoy your coffee with the sounds of the ocean on your private balcony. Relax in the evening with a beverage and a fabulous sunset. Balcony has plenty of seating. This is just the place for relaxing the day away and people watching! The spacious Tropical Palms Master Suite with its elegant decor has a comfy king-sized bed, an en-suite bath that offers a separate dressing area with a double vanity with plenty of storage space, and a large soaking tub. The Coastal Cottage Guest Bedroom Suite offers a queen-sized bed and is decorated in coastal decor and has an adjoining full bath with a tub/shower combo & single vanity. Both bedrooms have flat screens TVs with streaming Roku, high thread count luxury bed linens. Fluffy high-quality bathroom towels, and kitchen towels are all included, you'll feel right at home! There is a full size washer & dryer in the hallway closet and an iron and ironing board provided so you can always look your best. Parking is available in throughout the Edgewater Beach Resort. Parking passes purchased by guests on line in advance directly from the resort and will be picked up when you arrive at the gate. Parking rules and house rules are enforced by the Condo Association. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. The Edgewater Resort offers a lot of amenities especially for a family and is centrally located. However, I think the furnishings need to be updated, the king bed was uncomfortable, and there were cheap towels and not enough pillows, nice blankets, etc for the sleeper sofa and beds. ##### Laura R. Just a few problems I would like to make the mgmt co aware of…. the dryer did not heat up and should probably be replaced and the hall bathroom needs to have the insides of the toilet replaced. It was not thoroughly cleaned when we arrived, and I had to reattach the flapper on the guest bedroom toilet three times during our stay. We chose to go during Spring Break so having to leave the property to drive a few miles away to get parking passes was a bit of an inconvenience. But the overall stay was excellent. However, the was music at the pool ALL day and sometimes into the NIGHT. We could hear it inside our unit even with the doors to the balcony closed. This atmosphere was not what I was expecting. The Lagoon pool was too crowded, and there was not enough shallow area for beginning swimmers to practice and play. The beach was also very crowded. If you are looking for a quiet beach retreat this is not the vacation spot for you. If you are looking for a fun action packed stay you will enjoy this location. ##### Celeste S. Needs maintenance I love the location and the resort but this property needs some minor maintenance that 1/2 a day of work would fix. Guest bedroom door hinges are stripped and bottom hinge has only 1 screw. Big picture on wall fell off in middle of night. 6-7 nail holes around where nails are show that you may want to anchor that in. Kitchen faucet is loose and hangs down because the weight is gone on the hose that holds it down. Master bed frame has been broken and rigged with a 2x4 and some zip ties. Overlooks pool and beach - both are close by which is nice with small kids. Easy to communicate with the property manager and check-in was easy as well.
