The well-equipped kitchen with updated appliances boasts granite countertops, a flat-top electric stove, and all of your cooking and baking utensils are provided as well. Your living room features comfortable furnishings throughout and even a sofa that folds out into a full bed. The whole family will enjoy some TV time from the flatscreen mounted television. The views from the floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the Gulf extend out to the private balcony where you will experience unforgettable views. It makes it convenient for walking down to ground level to the pool and beach and to not have to wait for elevators to load luggage. The place was decent but not well maintained. The description says third floor, which is true because they consider the bottom level ground floor. I was confused at first with the listing because their unit is actually on the second floor, but with the ground floor being considered the bottom then you have the first floor and then the second floor so it’s a third floor view. I like that the walkway is on the same level as the unit. The dryer does not dry clothes quickly. We had to run them two and three times to get them completely dry. There was no linen for the pull out couch but when I messaged the manager they had us fixed right away. The twin size top bunk was big enough that it fit two smaller children , so that’s a plus for us. My husband got locked out of the room because he forgot the code and security had a temporary code to let us in. But if you have small children, please be aware there is no door latch on the inside. We had to put our cooler in front of the door at night to ensure they didn’t escape. This is our number one complaint as we have three toddlers! The floors were not mopped, our feet were black within seconds of checkin. The master shower head was broke. And the fridge temps were not set properly, so this is something you have to do when you get there if you don’t want to lose all your groceries. Elevators are slow! Staff was okay, seemed annoyed most of the time when asked questions. Whoever was in charge of the beach chairs was pretty rude, he was telling at staff and then they were kicking people off of the chairs because they wanted to pack them up for the season. Furniture was a bit outdated and stained, but honestly you don't go PCB to sit on the couch.. So that wasn't a super big deal. Second floor is very convenient for you don't want to wait around for the elevators. Not as nice as other units at Tidewater where we have stayed previously. This one needs updates. ##### JoAnn C. Especially loved the wristbands and not having to put in a password everywhere! The room was clean and had everything we needed! The staff were so friendly and ready to help in anyway! Also loved being on the second floor and didn’t have to use elevators much at all!
