The view from the balcony is beautiful. The parking space and condo door are both near the elevator. There were a few negatives. The condo appeared to be cleaned well, but when I got in the shower, someone's used soap was still in the soap holder. It is NOT well stocked. There is very little to cook with so bring your own stuff if you plan to cook. There was only a thin sheet and thin cover on the beds. No extra blankets so if you get cold, bring a blanket. The parking pass was not in the condo as I was told. I contacted management who said someone would bring it to me right away, but they never did. I was able to get a pass for parking across the street from security. Even with those negatives, I was very happy there and would book it again. I would just bring some kitchen supplies and bedroom linens this time. ##### Dawn D. Séjour de 4 nuits en octobre 2022 ### 2/10 – Terrible #### Dana F. 16 août 2022 Points faibles : Propreté #### Dirty and not welcoming - DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE The condo was filthy when I arrived; mold in the coffee pot, dirt and grime on all surfaces, broken lamp shade, no lamp in living room, no pull chains on ceiling fans, grout in kitchen and both bathrooms is black from dirt (should be white); no instructions for TVs, TV in living room stuck on closed caption, no way to turn off; TV in master too small to see from bed; maid invaded my privacy while I was out to breakfast (I paid for late checkout) I came back from breakfast to find the bed striped, the jigsaw puzzle I worked back in the box, my stuff was in bags and on the floor, the maid emptying the dirty dishes in the dishwasher to put away in the cabinets, and then she refused to leave. Management does NOT EXIST. In fact, they will not even provide the name of the local management company for me to send my complaints! I spent the 1st hour on the phone trying to get the condo cleaned; I had to clean all surfaces myself before I could unpack. The trash can was filthy; bed skirts torn and ragged. The master bathtub stopped up. The owner is clearly not in the business of making guests feel welcomed to the beach; but only out for the money. The condo is not "beachy" at all. I spent the last day on the phone with "Management" because the Maid entered my condo while I was away. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE OR VACASA!!! RUN! There are plenty of places to stay in Panama City Beach that are welcoming and friendly. ##### Dana F. The mattresses were not great. The kitchen was a little lean on supplies. Would definitely return if only the mattresses were comfortable. Ive never seen a beach condo as clean as this. It was not clean when I got there sand was in the master tub and after showering realized the tub didn't drain properly so nothing went down. Never got wrist bands for use of the amenities after several calls with the response of they are bringing them right over, and never got them. Spoke to property manager and although she wasn't very friendly, at least she tried to be helpful and one of the security guards Mike Fontenot was the most helpful of all. ##### Angela D. It was advertised as 1K and 2Q and the beds were not Q. In order to use the pool and hot tub you have to have wristbands -- which were not left for us. When i contacted Vacasa we were told we could purchase them and get a credit. NO -- they should purchase and bring to us. It is a shame that the security guards knew what unit before we even told them. This is a repeat problem.
