Check in and check out was a breeze. If you have small kids and want to be able to turn the tv on I’d recommend bringing something for them to watch other than the tv as the remotes did not work for the tv. Thankfully we had something else they could watch tv on, I would highly recommend bringing laundry soap or buying when you get there. We really enjoyed our stay, the condo was very clean and accurately described...the view is remarkable. We had a couple maintenance issues, but management was very quick to respond, very polite and took care of everything. This is a great property, but I will say, the pool area was not always kid-friendly. Some of the guests got pretty rowdy. Security was quick to take action one evening during our stay, so everything was fine. Something else I would commend this property on is the elevators. They were always very quick and clean. The front door looks as if it was kicked in at one point and did not want to close part of the time, had to slam it shut. The master bedroom's patio door would not open so again maintenance had to come and unlock it with pliers but could not be locked again. The rooms were clean and had a nice stay... ##### Mark J. This was my second stay at this adorable condo in PCB this year! Once again, super clean, very responsive staff if needed, and has an amazing view! The location is convenient and you can pretty much walk to most restaurants and shopping. I have already booked my third trip for the winter here and can’t wait!! Thank you Betty’s Beach Haven! Location was close to everything. Parking was very easy and staff was excellent. Traffic was, well its Panama so heavy, but not difficult to navigate.
