Living the Dream Cottage sits on the south side of 30A and is the first home next to Main Street on Rosemary Ave - Perfectly located in the heart of Rosemary Beach.

This luxury home features four bedrooms with four and a half bathrooms that can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests. The first level has a coffee bar and a small sitting area perfect for taking in your morning coffee. This level offers 3 exquisite bedrooms. The first of which has two sets of twin over twin bunk beds. The other 2 guest rooms are equipped with queen beds, TVs and private baths with stand up showers.

On the second floor you will find the living room, dining room, and kitchen are situated in one great room with spectacular floor to ceiling windows that peek out onto the quiet streets of Rosemary. Along with the main living areas, you'll find a media room.

The third floor features an expansive master suite, complete with a sitting room, coffee bar and a private bath. Once in the sitting room of the master suite you will find a spiral stair case that leads to the perfect spot for relaxing after a long day. It is a circular room with plenty of seating and windows that overlook the Gulf and Rosemary Beach.
